This beautiful two story Island Style 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath home of over 2400 square feet of interior living area along with lanai and other living area, is constructed of some of the finest materials with mahogany doors and trim throughout. Soffit lighting softens the feel of this Island home with it's Vaulted Ceilings. There is Quartzite Stone flooring throughout this home with wall to wall carpeting in the bedrooms. The Main Master Suite upstairs has a marble shower, a deep Kohler tub with Marble surround along with twin sinks. The second Master Suite downstairs also has twin sinks. There is Travertine flooring throughout in each full bathroom. All showers have Kohler fixtures with 'rain shower heads' in each shower. Each Master Suite comes with a King size bed (Cal King upstairs). Master Suites have large walk in closets with Mahogany built-in drawers. The third bedroom has twin size beds. There is Central AC, WIFI internet access, Cable TV, a 55' Sony TV in the Great Room, a 36' TV in the downstairs master suite. Security System. BBQ located on the Lanai along with an outside sink and mini Sub Zero refrigerator. The pocketing Fleetwood sliding doors open up the Lanai bringing in the tropical Po'ipu breezes and picturesque views. You could not ask for anything more on your vacation here on the South Shore of Kauai. Beaches, restaurants and shops are minutes away. This area is ideal for walking in and around the Poʻipu area. Down the road is the Poʻipu shopping center where you find shopping and sundries. There are several restaurants which provide casual and local fine dining, one of which is Roy's where you can enjoy Hawaiian Fusion Cuisine. Take a drive over to the Kukuiʻula Shopping Village a short distance away and you will find a variety of fine dining restaurants (Jean Marie Joselin and Peter Merriman to name a few, also offer Hawaiian Fusion Cuisine). The Art Galleries here feature some of Kauai's renown artists. Each 2nd Saturday of the month join the shops at Kukui'ula for an evening of art and fine dining as they host their monthly Art Fest.
