Enjoy your few seconds walk to the best beach in San Juan from this newly renovated second floor, walk-up apartment in our beautiful Spanish villa located on a quiet corner of one of San Juan’s oldest neighborhoods of Ocean Park. It is a spacious and airy living space with 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, 3 full baths, 2 living rooms each with a sleep sofa, fully equipped kitchen with laundry facility, a dining area, 2 beautiful outdoor terraces, a private and secure entrance onto a small courtyard with an outdoor shower. All rooms have ceiling fans and we offer high speed Internet, Internet TV via Roku.
We are a 10 minute drive from the airport and blocks from a variety of restaurants, bars, mini-markets, pharmacies, a playground, public tennis courts, gyms and yoga studios.
Your front door opens up to miles of flat sidewalks and beaches for walking and jogging and you are just two short blocks from the famous Kasalta Bakery.
The neighborhood is located in between the two big hotel and casino districts of Condado and Isla Verde and a 10 minute cab ride to Old San Juan. There is plenty to keep you occupied without having to travel far.
To explore the island it is recommended to rent a car when you book your flight especially during the holidays but if you are coming to enjoy the sand, sun and sea a short cab ride will get you to Old San Juan, Isla Verde and Condado and there are tour guides with large vans for any day trips you would like to take. We recommend you book any trips for the bio bay or day sail & snorkel trips well in advance.

Location, climate, a beautiful, tropical apartment next to the best beach in San Juan, in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of all the conveniences of urban life. Great hosts….What's not to love?
We walked into the house with our real estate agent in the morning and had a signed contract a few hours later. It was one of the stately Spanish houses that had never been altered and we could hardly contain our enthusiasm. Throughout renovation we have tried to maintain it's old world charm and tropical atmosphere preserving many of it's original features while enhancing others without losing the flavor of the architecture.
Ocean Park neighborhood is just slightly off the beaten path and one of the oldest neighborhoods in the metropolitan San Juan area. A vigilant neighborhood association has kept the big hotels at bay and so is quite unchanged from it's early days. Stately, mature trees stretch out to shade streets lined with Spanish style homes originally built in the 40's and 50's.
The Atlantic Ocean is a few seconds walk away and the famous Kasalta Bakery with it's delicious quesitos, sandwiches and Puerto Rican coffee is only two and a half blocks from our doorstep.
Our house is a great base from which to explore San Juan and the rest of the island or just to hang out and enjoy a string of beach days. Please come and enjoy it for yourself.
You just can't beat our location for a great outside of a hotel experience. Perfect for families and groups between 8-11 our Spanish villa sits on a quiet corner with the beach just 50 feet from the doorstep. Your vacation home is the entire 3 bedroom, 3 bath, spacious and airy newly renovated and newly furnished second floor apartment. We are just a few blocks from several restaurants, bars, pharmacies, mini-markets and about a 10 minute drive from the airport as well as to Old San Juan. You can walk to Condado in about 15 minutes and Loiza street which is about a five minute walk away is packed with restaurants and bars.
Ocean Park is one of San Juan's oldest neighborhoods filled with grand old trees shading Spanish style houses. It borders a wide, sandy beach which is one the finest in the city. We are a gated community with 24 hour security guards. There is street parking and easy access to the highway for island exploration. Please contact us and we will be happy to answer any questions.
