The 'penthouse at Potsdamer Platz' with 150 sq m of living space is fashionably and stylishly furnished for 6 to 8 people. All Berlin guests who would like to have their comfortable private space can combine the special living comfort with their individual Berlin visit. In addition to a panorama view above the roofs of Berlin, the apartment also offers a comfortable stay through its exclusive furnishing in all light rooms, along with an elevator and an underground parking space. The focal point in the 60 sq m well-lit living room is the 180 degree rotating fireplace and the kitchen island invite you to cook together. In the central location without a lot of traffic noises and still close to Potsdamer Platz, our guests can visit a lot of special attractions in Berlin by foot and see the political and economic centers. Only 5 minutes away, you can get to the closest subway and train station in order to reach other destinations comfortably.

Golf:: Directly next to the penthouse on Potsdamer Platz you will find a golf driving range. Here you can relax with some good hits after a stressful day. Another large golf facility with 18 hole is located north of Berlin (about 25 km).

Kiteflying:: You can watch kites or fly your own with a beautiful view on the Teufelsberg in Berlin. Those who are brave enough strap onto a large kite and have their first flight attempts here.

The 'penthouse at Potsdamer Platz' is located on a peaceful, small side street only 5 minutes from Potsdamer Platz. Directly in front of your door you will find a small park, a golfing area and a dock for excursion boats. Berlin offers all guests a diverse selection of festivals, museums, concerts, theatres, movie theatres and recreation sports. From the apartment you can get to multiple attractions on foot like, for example, the national museum, the philharmonic orchestra, the national library and the transportation museum. Shopping facilities like the Potsdamer Platz arcade or the shops on Friedrichstraße, can also be easily reached, along with the government district and a lot of cultural sites. Through the short distance to the subway and train stations, the path to other attractions located further away is easy to master without problems with public transportation. The nearby zoo offers a relaxing change from a large culture program or a shopping tour.

In addition to a stunning HiFi device and a very well developed workspace equipment with a fax device and printer, but also a highly modern kitchen. Induction range, oven, espresso machine and wine refrigerator, along with small appliances (kitchen scale, hand mixer, water cooker and microwave, etc.). Asafe for valuable objects is located in the hallway. On the 40 sq m roof deck our guests will find seats, chairs, a grill and a sun umbrella. The equipment also has a cot and high chair for our small guests.

Great penthouse for your stay in Berlin

Fantastic property, very well layed out with everything you could need for your stay, it was clean and very well maintained. Owners were great to deal with and the added extras (good coffee) were very much appreciated. It is in a great location and walking distance to most tourist spots but also close to the transport system.
This penthouse had a great kitchen so entertaining there would be very easy. It is only a 5 min walk to a number of restaurants in the sony centre.
I would recommend this property to anyone wanting something more than a hotel room, and with many more advantages. If we ever come back to Berlin we would stay again.
