Situated at the ground floor of a former building. In a central, but very quiet district (we can't hear the Parisian's cars from inside of the apartment). Naturally cool in summer, there's an individual heating system. A former hardwood floors. A big window in angle looking into the small courtyard inside of the building.

Walking access to all local sites and perfect bus and metro connections to the rest of town and conveniently close to Eurostar Station (Gare du Nord). There is a Garage a block away where you can rent a space daily or weekly for your car. Close to the Marché Saint-Martin, a market hall with fresh products at the end of the street. Nearby the popular and fashionable Rue Saint-Denis district with small shops and a mix of gourmet restaurants and take away (French, Lebanese, Turkish, Jewish, Italian cook, etc.) and on the edges of the Canal Saint-Martin, colored bars and bookshops with young and bohemia customers.
