Perfect location

Great location, close to town and lifts. Everything is totally walkable. We came with our kids 6 and 8 and the space worked great for us.

Great Location & Excellent VRBO manager/shared spa and gym needs a bit of TLC

Kim was phenomenal to rent from. She was extremely responsive and provided detailed info for all needs. The unit is small but came as advertised. The furniture exceeded expectations and was in excellent condition. The River Mountain Lodge is in a phenomenal location and their staff was excellent too. The lodge however should fix the hot tubs. All 3 did not have power jets so it they were hot baths without the power streams. I also think the lodge should add one more treadmill to the shared gym and also allow renters in at 6am vs 7am. For future renters, just know the unit is on the 2nd floor so the noise upstairs can be heard but the folks did go to bed early every night and did not wake early. This unit is an end unit and the master sits adjacent to the parking lot. I stayed with my 60 yr old hubby and 18 year old son. I don't think you would want this unit for more than 3 adults or 3 older teens and adults. It would work for 4 if you had littles. We would definitely rent this unit again and any property that Kim manages.

Very convenient! Great condo!

We were very pleased with this condo! It is in a great location! The free bus stops right in front of the building and takes you to the gondola. The "Four O'Clock"ski run ends right across the street from the building which is very nice for the end of the day. The condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a humidifier and a fan. We will recommend this unit to our family and friends.

Everything was removed from the property to the drywall, and all new deluxe finishes installed.
