About this property

DOGE'S HOUSE is a 90 square meter apartment, with a separate entrance on the ground floor is the laundry room with washer, dryer and iron. A short staircase leads to the first floor where you develop the home with 2 beautiful bedrooms with double beds, one with a bathroom, and an second bathroom, a living room with sofa bed and 2 puffs convertible into beds. Also for our tiny guests we can provide 2 cots and 2 high chairs. A large and comfortable super-equipped kitchen, where if you want you can cook.
All rooms are equipped with satellite TV, air conditioning and wi-fi
HOUSE Doge is a beautiful and spacious apartment in the thirteenth century, completely renovated in 2013.
It is located behind Piazza San Marco (3 minutes) a few steps from the Rialto Bridge, in the immediate vicinity of the Santa Maria Formosa field, one of the largest areas of Venice, there is also the Palazzo Querini Stampalia Foundation, which is one witness the most important museum and best preserved in Europe. Just 'calle Rugagiuffa' quiet and central location where our guests can find all services (bars, restaurants, supermarkets, hairdressers, banks, etc.) needed for their unforgettable holiday in this wonderful and unique city, rich in history , art and tradition.

Superb apartment in the heart of Venice

Spotlessly clean, very comfortable and well appointed apartment only a few minutes walk from all the main areas in Venice. There is even a fantastic restaurant immediately opposite the front door. Ilia and Georgia were perfect hosts and nothing was too much trouble. The only small downside is that if you get the water bus from the Airport to Rialto, you will need to carry your luggage up and down several bridges to reach the apartment. Other than that, it was excellent.

How to discover Venice

From the moment we began communications with Ilia everything ran like clockwork. From information about ways to get from the airport best places to visit good places to eat and drink. The apartment was amazing with spacious bedrooms modern bathrooms and very good size kitchen and living room. Plenty of crockery cutlery and anything else you may need if staying here. Apartment was spotless and the wi fi was very good No better compliment other to say should we return then this is where we would stay as also great location to explore Venice.

The apartment is in excellent condition, with everything you could possibly need.

The location of the property is superb, within 10 minutes walk of the majority of the main attractions of Venice and yet in a quiet street with easy access. Ilia not only met us, but kept in touch to ensure everything was okay during our stay. We took advantage a couple of times, of a lovely restaurant which was opposite the apartment.

Perfect apartment, excellent location

Really enjoyed our stay. Ilia who met us was lovely. Brilliant location, right next to a great restaurant that doesn’t charge the earth. Apartment was excellent. Really clean & well appointed. Perfect for two couples. The only way it could be improved would be an extra chair or two in the lounge. Overall, excellent & highly recommended 😁

Excellent, spotlessly clean, easy walking distance to main attractions, quiet, luxurious,

Beautiful centrally located house within 5 mins walk from San Marco. Exquisitely decorated with excellent quality bed linen and bathroom linen, toiletries provided too plus a welcome pack of snacks and Prosecco. The owner was very helpful in providing advice on places to eat and instructions on travelling from the airport including meeting us at the waterbus stop and accompanying us to the house pointing out touristic information along the way. The kitchen facilities were excellent if one wished to cook meals but there many excellent restaurants nearby.
