This is a beautiful Spanish style beach home with hardwood floors, wi-fi, granite counter tops/island, Fireplaces inside and out, hot tub, water fountains, palapa covered bar w/ built in BBQ and fridge. Landscaped with lush tropicals and cactus. Completely remodeled inside and out. The house is located within a 5 minute walk to downtown restaurants/Bars and San Clemente Pier and beaches. It's the perfect place to Relax in the spa or sip a coffee on the front porch. Please note the jungle gym has been removed.

Great Location, Lovely Hime and Patio

We stayed for a month with our dogs along. The backyard was perfect fir the digs and fir hanging out. The house is well equipped and comfortable. I wished the patio area was cleaned up a bit… but it had all the features of a nice cabin by the ocean. The driveway is steep… so I parked across the foot of the driveway. Easy to go anywhere fast… great restaurants close by, easy to carry take out home and a short walk to downtown or the beach. Friendly neighbors, too who care about the street. A nice spot for a week or a month.

Stay in San Clemente

House was in a great location....walkable to restaurants and the beach... Kitchen had all you could need if you decided to cook... Patio/BBQ area needed to cleaned as you could tell it had not for awhile. Patio was not clean when we arrived so I found a broom and swept all leaves and debris Yard needs a good TLC cleaning/pruning as pictures on listing were not recent and could be amazing. Would stay here again to be close and be able to walk everywhere.

Cute house in quite a neighbohood

The house is a short walk to restaurants, the San Clemente Pier, and the ocean. The yard was perfect for a our little dog, Carlos. The sofa and bed were very comfortable. There were a couple of glitches when we first arrived, but the owner quickly sent a trusted and very nice neighbor to the house to take care of the TV and Wi-Fi problems we had. Our only complaint, which we would have preferred to explain to the owner somehow instead of posting in the review, is that the patio was infested with fleas. We only sat out there one evening due to flea bites. Also, the patio could use a thorough cleaning. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this house and host.

Good location, nice backyard. quiet and comfortable.

This small home was located on a narrow one way street, parking was nil. The home was dark, well used and shoddy repairs. Only one bathroom was difficult plus double beds. Home was crammed with owners things, kitchen disorganized and dark. No light in small closet, shelves piled with stuff. Back yard was friend friendly, but sun all day, no umbrella, no outside eating table, a filthy fountain with stagnet water, dying plants in a broken pot. Two chairs on the front porch were falling apart. Some decorations, such as a stuffed, wild boar's head, mouth open, hanging over the fire place and a nude painting were inappropriate for a vacation rental. A steep driveway to the front door, not for handicapped. Close to the beach and freeway.

I am a local business owner and have lived in San Clemente for the last 18 years. I have completely remodeled this home and landscaping over the past 14 years. Over this time my family has grown and we needed a bigger house, but there was no way I was ever going to sell it!

Why they chose this property

From the wood floors to the beautiful Mexican tiles and fountains... This is the most comfortable house you will find! It is an unbelievable place to be in the evening with the fireplace going while just had a BBQ an few margaritas and a dip in the spa.
