Our lone-standing, well-kept cottage in a sunny, unobstructed location offers you great view of the Berchtesgaden national park. We are the ideal starting point for your hikes or mountain biking tours in the national park, whereby we would be happy to offer you tips for your tours as an experienced family. House tour guide and informational material are available for the guests free of charge. The city centre of Schönau, the Königssee and the historic city centre of Berchtesgaden can be reached in a few minutes. The Mozart city of Salzburg is about a half hour away. In addition to the unique nature, the other highlights like the Kehlstein, the salt mines in Berchtesgaden and the Jenner will remain in your memory forever. Relax after an adventurous day in the Watzmann spas with their exclusive sauna landscape.

Grünstein lift with flood lights can be reached in 2 minutes. Demanding ski region on the Jenner. Excellent ski schools for beginners and advanced people in all ski regions. Cross country courses and ski rental in the cross-country centre of Aschauerweiher (reachable in 10 min.); our beautiful tour ski region is in the middle of the Berchtesgaden national park. Our guesthouse is directly on the very charming landscape cross-country trails in Schönau.
