About this property

Beautiful Updated Home w/ heated pool/spa - 5 min from the beach

Completely remodeled home with open floor plan. The three bedroom & two bath pool/spa home is near Vanderbilt beach & Delnor Wiggins State Park beach. Walk or bike to the beach using one of four bikes provided with this rental.

This home features a high-end kitchen with granite, stainless steel appliances, including a three temperature wine cooler. There is travertine tile flooring throughout, except in the bedrooms which contain bamboo wood flooring. The house is equipped with a flat screen TV in every bedroom and the great room.

The master bedroom has a king bed and it's own private bath with jetted shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and door to adjoining bath with jacuzzi tub. The 3rd bedroom has twin beds. All bedrooms have a flat screen TV. In addition there is a playpen/crib if needed.

The spacious great room provides ample comfortable seating, a large flat screen HDTV, DVD player, DVR, wireless internet and telephone. The dining room, which overlooks the pool area, seats 6 to 8 people. Also provided are beach towels, beach chairs, hair dryers, grill and some pool floats.

The pool area is beautifully landscaped with a variety of tropical trees and plantings. It is complimented with travertine stone pavers and has a large outdoor umbrella table that seats 6. Also, it has a two seat lounge chair with umbrella and foot rest and a BBQ gas grill.

This house is conveniently located near Mercato, a high-end shopping, dinning & theater experience. You can walk to Whole Foods, Trader Joes & many restaurants including Randy's Fish House, Bravo's, AZN, Capital Grill, Elevation Burgers, Chipolte, Blue Martini, Seasons 52 and several more.

This home is a perfect get-away for anyone wishing to completely relax and enjoy fun and good times in one of the most desirable beach destinations in the country.

Spring Break 2024 Trip

Just as last year we could not have asked for a better experience. We loved the home, the pool, the hot tub, & we were so close to the beach. Definitely will stay here again in the future.

Spring Break 2023 Trip

Prime Naples Park pool house

We enjoyed the location and the house itself a great deal. Perfect depth into Naples Park, walking distance to Japanese restaurant and 1 min drive to Whole Foods or Trader Joe's, as well as super close to Waterside Shops, beaches etc This is the kind of house people want to "buy". Great pool, stately kitchen with large travertine floor tile, center isle and latest cutting edge appliances. A/C in great working order, super quiet. Large smooth driveway. Great place to be in Naples.

A wonderful escape from Winter!

This was the best rental we’ve ever been at. The pool and hot tub were an oasis - even a hammock in the yard - made it a lovely vacation. The beaches are close, the kitchen was well-stocked and the beds comfortable. They even have a massage chair that we enjoyed. We used the desk and office chair in the 3rd bedroom for work and everything was seamless, thanks to Amanda. Our questions were answered very quickly. What could be better? We’ll definitely be back!
