Just a few steps to the Waldorf Gondola where you can ride up to the base village of Canyons Resort, or ski right down to get home. Waldorf Astoria is located across the street with Slopes Restaurant and Powder Lounge, and the Golden Door spa.
This condo has the feel of a private home with soaring ceilings and a private patio with hot tub. Large windows with mountain and golf course views. Located on the 9th hole of the Canyons Golf Course which is expected to be completed in September 2014.
Lower level - 2 car garage entering into large mudroom & ski room with boot dryers. Large combination family room with TV, and 2 twin over full bunk beds with trundles underneath. King size pullout sofa and private bath complete the room. Games, movies, and books available.
Main Level - Gourmet kitchen, large family room, huge stone fireplace, and dining area to accomodate up to 12 at the table, with additional seating for 4 at the island. Kitchen is fully ready to cook for a large crowd. Patio with table/chairs, hot tub, outdoor gar fireplace, and gas BBQ for your use. Washer/dryer off kitchen and a full private bath. Living area has a King pullout sofa. Master bedroom on main level includes private balcony, fireplace, luxurious bath with steam shower.
Upper level includes 2 more bedrooms each with a King bed, private bath for each, and a shared balcony.

My husband and I first visited Park City in 1996 with my UConn friends and couldn't resist visiting every year. We have lived in PA, CT, NJ, Oakville, ON, and last year decided to make Park City our full time home. I currently work for Snowmamas, an affiliate of Park City Mountain Resort, helping families vacation in Park City. My husband is an executive in the industrial chemical industry. We have 4 children ages 6-16 who attend the local schools and one who skis in a local race program. We hope you enjoy Park City as much as we do!

We selected this unit over all others in town because it had the best combination of space, luxury and location in town. We love the promixity to be able to ski in/ski out to Canyons, giving our older kids more freedom to come home when they are done for the day. Once the golf course is completed next year, it will offer the perfect year round lifestyle. We hope to retire to Juniper Landing someday, but in the meantime, are renting it out for others to enjoy.
The ability to be slopeside and have this much space, with a private garage, is very unique. This home has privacy while at the same time being so close to everything. The high ceilings and luxury finishes make it a wonderful place to stay.
We were all very happy with Juniper Landing and I would stay there again. The location is a 3 minute walk to the goldola that drops you at the base. The house has 3 lovely bedrooms with fireplaces and en suite baths plus 2 more full baths. The lower level is the kid zone with bunk beds, tv, xbox, board games ect. The kitchen is outfitted with everything you need plus had all the staples, paper, spices, oil that made home cooking an easy proposition. Just outside the main level is a big hot tub.
Lastly Kristen was more helpful as any owner I have ever met! She is local and has lived in the house with kids and it shows in how the property is outfitted. She accomodated all our requests and went beyond expectations.
The townhome hosted all 15 of my family (9 adults & 6 kids) very comfortably for a week. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped, the house was beautifully decorated and had space for everyone to still spread out. The beds were comfortable, a crib was available (along with a high chair) and the bonus room downstairs was a great sleeping area for the kids as well as a space for them to hang out in and play while the adults relaxed upstairs.
The boot driers were a fantastic surprise and worked great! :)
The homeowner was fantastic, welcoming and greeted us at arrival, was very knowledgeable about the area, made great recommendations and was very quick to respond to e-mails or questions.
I would highly recommend this townhome rental to anyone with a large family that is interested in a great Canyons experience. It isn't technically ski in/out, but its very very very close to the base of the Waldorf Gondola.

House was very well kept and stocked. Fun with family games and movies. Owners were available and very helpful and responsive. Perfect size for family or larger group, very nice view, close to slopes. Walk to Canyons gondola is five minutes and we all did it easily. We were with Grandkids and everyone loved it and will stay again.
What a wonderful weekend! We stayed here with a group of 3 families for our annual ski weekend, and everything was perfect --- beautiful home, well-equipped kitchen, nicely decorated, plenty of space, and a short walk to the slopes. They have truly thought of everything. The homeowner was incredibly helpful and was quick to respond to emails, questions, etc. We had a fantastic time and would love to return.
We have stayed in Park City many times -- sometimes just as a family, sometimes with a few friends, and sometimes with a larger group. This was the best we have had. Great kitchen, many full bathrooms, and comfortable furniture throughout. Steam showers, hot tub, big screen TVs. Fantastic kids room. The homeowner goes out of her way to make sure everything's perfect. Boot driers. Big 2-car garage. Just really looked forward to coming back to this place after skiing. If I had to find some slight drawback, though, it would be the walk to and from the gondola. Not that far, but it takes 5 minutes or so. All-in-all, you're not going to regret staying here. Top notch all around.
House is beautiful and very clean. It's fully stocked with basics. Owner takes care of everything before you arrive including giving you all the information about the area to make your trip enjoyable. Great house for 3 families. Bedrooms are all good size and great downstairs area for kids.
Ski in/Ski out at Canyons Resort with amazing year round activities. Canyons Resort is operated by Vail Resorts, and part of the Epic pass program. Unit is located across the street from the Waldorf Astoria Park City, and adjacent to the Waldorf Gondola. Canyons Resort base area includes shops and dining. Within 10 minutes of Park City Mountain Resort, Deer Valley Resort, Utah Olympic Park, Gorgoza Tubing Park, and Historic Main Street, filled with more dining and shopping options. Endless actvities year round. A quick 35 minute drive from Salt Lake Internation Airport. Shuttles to the unit from the airport available, and free public transportation via the Park City Bus System is available nearby. A car rental is recommended for maximum flexibility to enjoy all Park City has to offer, but not required.
