One hundred feet of private beach. Launch your boat or jet-ski at Granite Point 5 minutes away and dock at your own private dock. Canoe, paddleboat & kayak are available for your use. Fenced yard great for the younger kids. Beautiful lawn from the house to the lake invites volleyball, badminton, and other lawn games.
Hot tub to relax those sore muscles after skiing, water skiing or tubing. Briquette fueled barbeque on the beach for beach cooking and a natural gas barbeque on the back deck. Enjoy beautiful sunsets, then relax around the fire-pit on the beach to tell stories and sing songs. Wildlife is ever present on the lake - eagles, osprey, ducks, leaping fish. Watch the eagles try to steal fish from the osprey.
The house has 4 bedrooms. The main floor master bedroom has king-sized bed, easy chair, attached full bath, view of lake, door to lake side deck and outside hot tub; main floor guest room has queen-sized bed with full bath just a few feet away. Two upstairs bedrooms - the “pink” room has a double and a queen-sized bed, the “blue” room has a queen and a twin bed ; with a full bath between them -sleeps 11. For additional sleeping accommodations, there's a couch in the tv room with a queen built-in air mattress, and another twin sleeper sofa. The house is air conditioned for those warm summer days. For chilly fall nights, there are fireplaces in the living room and TV room as well as a portable gas fire pit on the deck. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the usual appliances.
Electronic entertainment includes Wi-Fi, DIRECTV & Wii. One 42' flat screen HDTV on the main floor, a 57” projection TV in the TV room and a 32” flat screen in the master bedroom.
There is a piano for those who love to play and sing, and many song books. You have access to a ping pong table in the garage.
Towels and bedding furnished. Washer & dryer available.
Two kitchen ranges, one electric the other gas. Oh, another great thing. We have a train goes by twice a day, count the cars wave to the Engineer, make him blow his horn, lots of fun, inspires train songs! Pets will be considered, contact the owner.

Jan is a retired nurse; Ed is a State Farm Insurance Agent in Deer Park. Jan is an avid quilter. Jan and Ed have been married for over 50 years (began dating in high school).
We had owned lakefront property some years ago, and wanted to do so again. We were looking for the best lake front property available near Spokane and think we found it.
