The complex features beautiful landscapes/hardscapes, walk-in bridge, Koi pond, BBQ area, laundry facilities, and shaded swimming pool. Its a short walk for great snorkeling, swimming, surfing, kayaking, sunbathing, bike riding, fine dining, cocktails, and awesome sunsets.

This property has been in the family for a couple of generations now and has been remodeled and decorated by family members.
Because this has been in the family for over 20 years it has many memories. The tranquil and peaceful setting and local people take you back in time to a more simpler life.
The condo has a classic Hawaiian look and fell with a view of the ocean from the lanai and tall palm trees swaying overhead. The bed is very comfortable. The location is ideal - just a few minutes from Poipu Beach and not far from all the south shore attractions. The parking lot for the condos filled up on a few occasions, but street parking was easy to come by. Would definitely stay here again.
My husband and I took our first trip away from our three little boys at the end of February. This condo was the perfect getaway and base camp for a relaxing and adventurous trip. The condo was well appointed (even had a few bars of soap we forgot to bring!) and had good space. The complex had a nice pool with some shade (lots of chlorine though!), bbqs and a laundry room (machines take card but you need to bring change for detergent (no coin machine)). The complex is located between two good snorkeling beaches and within walking distance to an upscale shopping center with good restaurants, a coffee shop and some surf shops. The only complaint I have is that this unti is on the first floor near the front and right by the parking lot. Traffic and people talking in the parking lot was a little loud, but on the plus side it is closer to your car, the pool and laundry and you can hear the ocean once the traffic (and the ever present roosters) calm down. The lanai looks over a very tiny park and then across the street you can see the ocean. The condo is across from the Beach House restaurant that is pretty spending but has a nice lawn you can sit on for sunsets and a bar that overlooks the ocean and doesn't need reservations. Overall, great place, not overly fancy, but just what you need.
