Our new, comfortable apartments are situated in a central, quiet location and they all have their own garden ideal for outdoor eating and a sunbathing lawn. There is also a playhouse for children in the garden. Our house has a wonderful view of the Langkofel and Sellastock Mountains. Since we are environmentally-minded, we use ecological pellets to heat the house and part of our electricity consumption is covered by our solar panel installation. The two apartments in Stlarida House are located on the ground floor, sleep between 2 and 6 persons and have direct access to the garden. The 80 m² Scurcià apartment in the house next door, which sleeps up to six persons, is situated on the second floor and is equipped with a lift. It has a balcony which receives sunlight late into the afternoon, where you can lazily watch the day die away in the evening. There is also a room for storing skis and a laundry room equipped with an iron. The house is self-catering and non-smoking.

Empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung war sauber und gepflegt. Die Vermieterin freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insbesondere die kostenlose Nutzung des Hallenbades im Ort war sehr lohnenswert.
In der Küche fehlt m.E. ein Wasserkocher (z.B. um Tee anzurichten) und eine Mikrowelle (so dass nicht jedes Mal Pfannen und Töpfe benötigt werden, wenn man etwas aufwärmen möchte).
Insgesamt ist die Wohnung sehr empfehlenswert. Die Aussicht auf den Langkofel und das Sella-Massiv ist herrlich. Auch konnten wir Kinderspielzeug im Garten benutzen. Der Weg ist zu Fuß gut zu schaffen, auch mit einem kleinen Kind (21/2 Jahre alt).

Owner's Response: Wir freuen uns, eine Bewertung für unsere Wohnungen erhalten zu haben. Wir haben im Haus Wasserkocher, aber nicht in jeder Wohnung. Falls der Kunde danach fragt, stellen wir Ihnen diese selbstverständlich gerne zur Verfügung. Mikrowelle haben wir leider keine in unseren Apartments (auch nicht in unserer privaten Wohnung), da wir sehr hohen Wert auf einen strahlungsarme Umgebung legen. Im App. Vista Stlarida gibt es aber einen neuen Backofen (Miele) anstatt der Mikrowelle.
Weiterhin haben wir auch im Haus einen Kasten, der allen Gästen zur Verfügung steht, wo wir viele Spiele, Farben und Bücher für unsere Kinder und Gäste zur Verfügung stellen, denn Kinder sind bei uns immer willkommen!

Lage oberhalb St. Ulrich, per Fuß etwas umständlich, um Skianlagen zu erreichen.

Für Gehbehinderte keine gute Lage, da Weg weg von der Fewo sehr steil ist.

Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmer, ungeschickt, dass Wohnzimmer in Küche integriert ist.

Guter Skiraum, praktische Garage, freundliche Vermieter.

Owner's Response: Es freut uns, eine Bewertung ueber unser Haus erhalten zu haben. Da es sich um ein typisches bergdorf handelt ist es normal, dass es rauf und runter geht und natuerlich sollten menschen mit behinderung besser mit auto anreisen - garage ist kostenlos vorhanden - und dann unsere total ebenen zugaenge zu den ferienwohnungen nutzen.
Da sich unser Haus nur 100 m von der Volksschule befindet, welche insgesamt ca. 400 Kinder von 6-10 Jahren taeglich zu Fuss besuchen, ist es gewiss nicht weit vom Zentrum entfernt. In Alternative kann man im Winter mit dem Skibus fahren, welche 100 m von unserem Haus haelt. Weiterhin gibt es ab 2010/2011 die nagelneue Raschoetzer Standseilbahn, welche sich 200 m von unserem Haus befindet. Durch diese Bahn koennen Sie zur Seceda fahren und von dort die ganze Sellaronda fahren, bzw. die meisten Pisten im Tal ohne Verwendung von Skibussen befahren.
Die Apartments Saslonch und Bullaccia in unserem Hause verfuegen beide ueber eine Wohnkueche, falls man lieber eine groessere Wohnung mit Kueche und Wohnraum getrennt hat, kann man die geraeumigere Wohnung Vista Stlarida mieten.

Our house lies in a quiet, central location in St. Ulrich, just below the Raschötzer Forest, about 500 m from the ski lifts at Seceda and Seiser Alm and 400 m from the urban centre. There is a pretty view of the village, the Langkofel, the Sellastock as well as other mountains and you can also see the World Cup downhill course at Saslonch in the distance. St. Ulrich has a nice pedestrian zone where you can go for a stroll and visit one of the traditional cafés and restaurants. The Raschötzer ski lift station lies about 300 m from here, a traditional single-seat ski lift which will carry you smoothly to the top of the Raschötz. During the climb if you look to the left you can contemplate the superb Seisealm mountain pasture zone which spreads out over the plateau.

Ski: There are many skiing possibilities in St. Ulrich, Gröden such as the Seisealm, especially suited to children, beginners as well as cross-country skiers, and the Seceda from where most of the pistes in Gröden and the Sella Ronda can be reached. That makes our house, situated only 500 m from the ski lifts at Seceda, an ideal starting point for the Sella Ronda and saves you having to hire a car.
