Beautiful, light, apartment with balcony and a view of the port. Totally refurbished to an excellent standard. 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin. Two bathrooms, one en suite. Air-conditioned. Wi-Fi. Lovely parquet flooring. Fully equipped.

Local Services: There are excellent local shops including a wonderful Patisserie just outside the apartment building. There is a wide selection of restaurants for all budgets within 2 minutes walk. Also within 2 minutes walk bus stops to Nice airport and Monaco.

spotlessly clean apartment, fantastic location

We had a fantastic time in Nice. The apartment is central for everything. Lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance as well as the promenade which is beautiful. Close to the bus stop for the airport as well as Monaco or Cannes day trip etc. The apartment itself is spotlessly clean, well maintained and the owner was there to greet us upon arrival. He gave us detailed directions which was fantastic and recommended places to see (he gave us a map which was extremely helpful. We ate at an Italian restaurant around the corner at the harbour the first night which was really nice - cant remember the name though. We spent a day in Monaco which was fantastic, visiting the Grimaldi Palace, the aquarium, cathedral etc. We had great weather so walked everywhere. We walked up to the art gallery to catch the bus there, only to find that it actually stopped right at the harbor which we had walked passed! We had a day in Nice. We walked up to the castle ruins where there were stunning views, walked along the prom, stopped for cocktails (as you do!) went to Musee d'Art et d'Histoire Palais Massena which is free to get into. Beautiful building with interesting art.We stopped to look at the war memorial which is impressive. We also ate at the Hard Rock Cafe which is along the prom and easy to find. We walked everywhere and stopped for coffee and cake and looked in the shops. I would love to visit Nice again and would recommend this apartment.

excellent apartment and location

We were impressed by the apartment, the facilities, its location and the friendly helpfulness of Elias. So handy for the old town and to walk into the centre of Nice too. Excellent public transport nearby as well. Shops including a boulangerie and chemist are just out the back door of the delightful apartment courtyard. Nice is a great city - so easy to get around and with excellent museums and art galleries. We loved it and want to return. And, of course, our first choice of where to stay would be this great apartment!

Perfect location

We stayed one week at this well-equipped apartment. It was very comfortable for our family of five including three teenage girls.

The location could hardly be any better, close to the marina and walking distance to the old town and tons of restaurants.

Communication with Elias was perfect thanks to his perfect English and quick response time.

We like the relaxed atmosphere in Nice and would very much like to come back.
The only thing we would do differently next time is not to bring a car. Parking space is hard to find and parking can be challenging for a non-French driver. Anyway the infrastructure of the Nice area is well-functioning and a car is not needed.

We loved this apartment. It was exactly as described. The location at the port was lovely, and it was spotlessly clean. Five of us stayed for 3 days, and there was plenty of room. I would return to this apartment, and recommend it highly.

Superb apartment with stunning views over Port

The apartment and location was all we hoped they would be. Elias was there to meet us on arrival and was extremely helpful. The apartment was exactly as described and was equipped with everything we could possibly need.
We spent a very busy nine days and walked many miles before we located the stops for the various buses we used!
We did use the free ferry service to cross the Port but the walk into central Nice gave us sweeping views over the Bay. We spent some time in the Old Town and at the market and dined at La Rotonde (Negresco) and were treated to a tour of the Salon. Beau Rivage Plage was a lovely setting for an evening meal and the seafood excellent.
We took the day cruise to St Tropez, but found it a bit disappointing as there wasn't enough time ashore to make it to the best beaches. Eze was well worth the climb as the scenery was stunning from the Jardin Exotique at the summit. We went by bus to Monaco visiting the Cathedral, the Jardin Exotique and Oceanographique and were just in time on arrival to see the changing of the guard. The journey back to Nice was anything but pleasant as we had to stand all the way but this may have been due in part to the fact that there was a train strike during our visit. Antibes was also on our list and the very pretty Villefranche which was just ten minutes by bus from the Port.
After a busy day it was lovely to relax on the balcony and there are several excellent restaurants just outside the apartment building.
There is a small but well stocked supermarket immediately outside the building (rear door) and just opposite that a good Boulangerie.
We would certainly recommend the location and the apartment. My late husband and I toured France for many years staying in gites so this was a very different holiday in France for me. I came with my daughter and the sunshine, warmth and the nine day experience on the Riviera really gave us the break we needed after our last few months of sorrow. Thank you Elias for the use of your home and we would hope to return in the future.

The photos and description on the website was accurate, as we hoped for. The owner was VERY helpful and provided a professional service. Good access to train station (20min walk) and Nice old town (20min walk). Would definitely recommend this property!

The apartment is perfectly located on the Port of Nice. As you step out of the front door of the apartment building you are met with the fantastic sight of some of the worlds finest yachts next to traditional Nicois fishing boats.

The port is one of the best areas in Nice for eating out. There is a wide selection of restaurants nearby.

The nearest beach is approximately 300 meters away.

There are bars and night clubs nearby but far enough away not to disturb the peace and quiet.

Several main bus routes pass by the port, just a short walk from the apartment. This makes the rest of Nice very easy to get to.

Nice is a perfect base from which to explore the rest of the Cote d'Azur and the Italian Riviera. The bus to Monaco stops just 300 meters from the apartment and runs every 20 minutes.
