We are a small family business located in St- Ulrich-Gröden in the Dolomites. Our house is in a quiet, central location and has a large garden and adjoining parking space. You can reach the centre of St. Ulrich in five minutes by foot without having to go uphill. We offer 2 room apartments (2 to 4 persons) plus free entry to the aquatic park Mar Dolomit which is close by. You can easily reach the ski lifts and the ski bus stops on foot without a car. The ski lifts are right by the house. Both apartments are on ground level and have direct access to the garden, equipped with tables and sun loungers. The apartments have a bedroom with a double bed, bathroom with shower and a kitchen/living room, which contains one or two extra beds. All the usual mod cons are present including satellite TV, safe, hair dryer, bed linen, towels, dish washer and coffee machine. We would love to have you as our guest!

Surrounding areas: The Grödner Valley at the heart of the Dolomites offers our guests many hiking and climbing possibilities, both for young and old. In winter the Dolomiti superski pass and the Gröden/Seisralm skipass allow you to take full advantage of our region’s ski possibilities. The Dolomiti superski pass gives you free access to 464 ski lifts and1180 pistes, and includes the ski tour Sellarunde. The Gröden/Seiseralm ski pass lets you use 85 ski lift facilities for free and is best suited to families. There are many cross-country ski trails available for cross-country skiers, and the Seiseralm is a great place to go on winter hikes and snowshoe hiking.
