The house is newly built from natural stone and very beautifully furnished. A private parking space is located on the enclosed property. During the morning, you can enjoy the culture and during the evening you can enjoy relaxation by the pool or on the nearby beach in the fishing village of San Nicola.,

The residence is ideal for combining culture with relaxation. You can ride by train to Palermo or to Cerfalu in just 25 minutes and the valley of the temple in Agrigent can also be reached with a full day excursion. The sea is about 2 km away. There are both sand and pebble beaches. There is something for everyone there. The sea view of the Lipari Islands is stunning. There is also good hiking on Sicily. The old city of Cefalu is stunning and can be reached in a few minutes drive. In San Nicola l'Arena there is a nice fishing harbour, there are restaurants and bars and small supermarkets.
