Located in Denver’s hottest neighborhood, you will be right in the heart of the action and within walking distance to Downtown and its attractions. Our property is situated on the SW corner of Jefferson Park, and less than 2 minutes from Mile High Stadium and the Pepsi Center. We are less than 5 minutes to the heart of Downtown Denver, Union Station, Light Rail and the Convention Center! You couldn’t ask for a better location to experience all that Denver has to offer.

Our Denver City House is a brand new construction, modern ½ duplex where no expense was spared in the detail, finishes and furnishings of this property. With almost 1,800 SF of living space, every nook and cranny appeals to your modern aesthetic. Everything in the house is brand new and thoughtfully designed with travelers in mind.

Each of our three bedrooms are beautifully appointed with high end furnishings, bedding and en suite bathrooms. With 500-thread count sheets, bathrobes for each guest and fluffy Turkish towels, you’ll have all the amenities of a resort and the privacy of your own space. Both the King (Master) and Queen bedrooms feature high-end memory foam mattresses while the double bed features a fluffy pillow top mattress, all of this to give you the rest and relaxation you deserve.

The gourmet kitchen features dark espresso cabinets, white quartz countertops and high end stainless steel appliances. Here you’ll find everything you need to create the perfect meal, cup of coffee or enjoy happy hour.

The open floor plan of the main level allows for everyone in the kitchen and living room to spend time together. The chefs in your family can stay busy in the kitchen and still being a part of the group lounging on the couch. The main level includes a large sectional couch with enough seating for 7 and a dining room table that seats 6 along with a breakfast bar with seating. It also includes a built in media center with a 52” flat screen TV and DVD player for the nights you feel like relaxing and watching some TV.

Spend time under the stars on our recently completed back patio which cobblestone pavers and a firepit for those nights you want to cozy up to a fire.

Our home also features: A high efficiency washer dryer, WIFI, air conditioning, secured 2 car garage, alarm system with cameras and motion sensor detectors, blinds throughout for privacy, iron and ironing board, pack n play and a Keurig Coffee Machine.

This is the perfect location for groups of friends or couples, or families visiting Denver. It's also great for corporate rentals. The City House can comfortably fit three couples or 6 people. We can accommodate 7 if the 7th person is a child and can share a bed or sleep in our pack n play. No more than 7 persons are allowed in this home.

We bought this home because it was located in one of Denver's hottest neighborhoods. We love the walkability of it and how close it is to Downtown. From the moment we saw it we fell in love with it because of its stunning finishes and location on Jefferson Park.

What makes this house unique

Everything in this home is brand new!! You don't have to sit on a dingy old couch or sleep on an old mattress! We spared no expense on providing you with luxurious amenities including memory foam mattresses, robes, Turkish Towels and 500 thread count sheets. You also don't have to share a bathroom! Each bedroom has its own full bathroom! In addition to all of that, we are local and able to assist with anything you might need!

I find that staying in a hotel is a very sterile environment.

I much more enjoy staying in an established area where I can really get a sense of the city I'm visiting. When we found cityhouserental.com's Denver City property online, it seemed too good to be true.

A brand new duplex in the best area of downtown Denver, Colorado.

It was furnished in upscale city design with three bedrooms, three and a half baths, a fire pit outside in an enclosed space. All new appliances and all the amenities one could ask for or need. Most importantly, a secure garage and property where we felt safer than in a hotel.

The house was across the street from a beautiful neighborhood park in a quiet neighborhood but within walking distance to many of the fabulous restaurants and fun things to do in the city.Bottom line, is that this rental was actually well beyond what we expected and really made our vacation that much more fantastic! I highly recommend staying here and hopefully we will also be renting this house again...and again!

Need a place that can feel like home?

My family rented this home for 9 days for my daughter's wedding in Denver. It was amazing. We had family members in and out the whole time. Generally, it was my husband and I, our youngest son and our oldest son with wife and toddler. It just made it so much better to have a home base for meals, meetings, etc. The outdoor area in the back, though small, was perfect for that...I NEED to get away from the chaos time.

The house is set up very nicely. Separate bathrooms for each bedroom. One full size bed, one queen, one king. The bedrooms are on the second and third floors, so there are stairs for anyone who stays there. I am old with bad knees, but I had no problems with it as there is a very good hand rail. There is a half bath on the main level.

It comes fully equipped with cooking and serving needs with wonderful modern appliances, including a Keurig coffee maker. There is a full service grocery store just 4 blocks away.

The wifi was excellent. The large screen television receives pretty much any station you would want...though my grandson generally just wanted to watch shark week! This is the only television, but if you want to watch something in your room, bring your computer and use the wifi.

It is an easy walk over to Mile High stadium, so would be great location for football fans. Lots of food within walking distance, many delivery options. The location is just off Interstate 25, so easy to get out of town. It is just a few miles from downtown, so easy to get there, too.

It was very cost effective for us, as we would have needed 3 or 4 hotel rooms to have handled our needs while there. AND we were able to entertain the groom's family while there which was a lot more fun in a home setting, than it would have been in a restaurant or hotel.

The property is very secure with a full security system with cameras over access points that are displayed in the kitchen. Stacy sets a security code for you before you get there and sends you all that information well in advance of your arrival. DON'T delete that message, as it is important. But, if, like me, you don't read your messages all the way to the end....she was great at responding to e-mails and getting the information we needed.

All in all, a GREAT time was had by ALL.

Great duplex in a fantastic location

We really enjoyed staying in this home. We didn't hear a peep from the other duplex. The home was sparkling clean and modern. It has three floors, with the master on the third floor. We ended up taking the bedroom with attached bath on the second floor, as it had the laundry machines right outside the bedroom. We sent our daughter to lug her suitcase to the third floor lol! The house has an alarm system that takes a little bit getting used to, but it was pretty simple, once we figured it out. The owners were AWESOME! We had an issue with the garage door keypad, and he came out within a few hours and replaced the whole thing. It was nice to have access to the garage via the alley behind the house; we fit a Ford Expedition in there with no trouble. The location is so great- very close to everything. We visited the Botanical Gardens, The Forney Transportation Museum and Rocky Mountain National Park- all terrific. The house has a nice Keurig coffee maker, too. Would absolutely rent this place again when in Denver when we visit our relatives again.

AWESOME HOME!!!

My famiily of six stayed in this home over the 4th of July weekend to attend a Rockies game. It was wonderful! Very easy to find and close to downtown. Very clean and well maintained. Must see to appreciate the beauty. Property owners were very helpful and prompt with responses. This definately will be the home for us each time we visit Denver. I would recommend property to friends, relatives and all others visiting Denver. Our only recommendation would be to add a BBQ grill.

Best Place Ever

Great location. Amazing attention to detail in design. Spacious. I can't say enough about this place. We had a guys weekend--Rockies Games, Red Rocks, Coors Brewery. The house had enough room for everyone--the separate floors and bathrooms in each room made it great for those who stayed out later or woke up earlier. The location right near a park was great, and it was short drive downtown for all the bars/restaurants/Coors Field activities. The fire pit was great at night, and the kitchen/living room area was roomy enough for everyone to hang out. Great for groups of couples too. This home far exceeded all expectation. Thanks for the wonderful weekend.

This property is located in the heart of of it all and in Denver's hottest neighborhood! Right outside our front door you can enjoy a large green open park with a playground and basketball courts. There is a B-cycle station that is 2 blocks from our house that allows you to rent a bike for an hour or a day. This is an absolute must-do in our very bike-friendly city. Mile High Stadium (our football stadium) is 2 blocks away making this the perfect football weekend getaway. Within 5 blocks you will find the Aquarium, the Children's Museum and Elitch's Amusement Park - all a must do if you brought along the kiddos. We are a stone's throw from the heart of the city, Riverfront, Lodo and all of the hottest restaurants in the Highlands neighborhood. One of our favorite places to get pizza is just down the street at Proto's. They have a super thin crust pizza that is to die for. Next door and down the way is one of Denver's best places for Sushi called Sushi Sasa. Walk through Lower Downtown (Lodo) and enjoy the beauty of Union Station and its historic charm. Take a stroll through Commons Park (Riverfront) and enjoy Downtown Denver's largest park which features a confluence of two waterways: the Cherry Creek and Platte River. At this confluence you will find a flurry of activity including a beach and a green lawn for picnicking while you watch the kayakers take on the rapids. At the base of the Millenium Bridge you will find one of or favorite restaurants called Zengo. They feature delicious tapas and freshly made mojitos. For all you foodies out there, you must go to Larimer Square for a large selection of delicious restaurants. With its twinkling lights overhead and boutique shopping, it's a favorite among locals and travelers alike. Some of our favorites include Tamayo, Ocean Prime, Osteria Marco, TAG and Euclid Hall. Larimer Square is also great for nightlife. Stop in at Corridor 44 for a glass of champagne before you dance all night long at Suite 200. Most travelers will also hop on to one of our free buses that shuttles you up and down along 16th Street Mall, which is Denver's pedestrian friendly shopping area. It's not that great for shopping and eating but still a must see. Also very close to our property is the Lower Highland or (Lohi) neighborhood. Walk through Jefferson park to the highway and you will find a sidewalk that will lead you north along I-25. Walk for about 10 blocks until you see a large bridge called the Highland Bridge. Once you reach this area you will find a lot of great restaurants with rooftop patios, William & Graham speakeasy, Little man Ice Cream, Lola Mexican food and Linger! Linger is an old crematorium turned in to a restaurant. People are dieing to get in to this place to be sure to book a reservation. There is a cute little town center called Highland Square located at 32nd and Lowell, which is also very close to our property. It's about 4-5 blocks long and features restaurants (Bang!), cute shops, coffee stores, cupcake shops. It's a great way to see a local side of Denver. We are also super close to Interstate 25, maybe a 1/2 block. This is ideal when traveling to the mountains to go skiing or getting anywhere else in Denver!
