120m² very well furnished vacation home, also for 2 families or groups

Anyone wishing to book a holiday around Ausburg/Munich would not go far wrong by staying with Sepp, Sonya, Julia and Laura in their fantastic home.

The accommodation is big and very clean and the garden is huge.

The area is lovely with walks around if you wish and cycle routes with bikes supplied by the host.

Easy access to the surrounding area by car, we visited Lake Constance to the Alps around Fussen all around 1 to 1 1/2 hours run,

Booking could'nt have been easier even though Sepps English is'nt great, Google Translator is.

Those with children, welcome to Santa's Grotto they have everything from pool to electric cars more than enough to keep every age group happy and a visit to his reindeer fields are a must for adults and kids alike.

My little Girl loved it and is still asking when will we be going back.

Locally there or 1 or 2 good eating Guesthaus and Restaurants but if willing to go 6kms there are plenty more the Pizza Joint is Fantastic.

This was our first visit to Germany and more than met our expectations. We found the house to be spotlessly clean, well maintained and exactly as advertised.
We enjoyed visiting sites near the house, as well as going south to view the abbeys and palaces. We have been to most Europian countries and taken in the sites; but we have never seen such splendour.
The owners were welcoming, helpful and we were made to feel as if we were visiting friends rather than just renting the house. I would recommend this house to anyone as it was one of the best holidays we have ever had.

My children and i had a great time in germany at the huber vacation house. the people are very friendly. And the kids and i felt right at home. We would like to thank the huber family for all their friendly service. We have told lots of friends about our stay and would love to go again. You will feel you are home.
