A mile and a half to the beach, in the San Marco Villas. 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath townhouse with a brand new kitchen with granite counters, washer and dryer in the unit, sip coffee in the morning on the screened lanai equipped with a new electric infrared grill, a short walk to the gorgeous community pool and spa. 90 day rental minimum in peak season, 30 day rental other months. Or, rent the condo annually for $1150.00 per month including all utilities and come down whenever you want (This is a good deal!). This unit is fully equipped. Other months are negotiable. Please add 10% to all rental rates for Florida taxes. A renter may use the Residents Beach for an extra charge. This is a beautiful, affordable place to spend on Marco Island. We are new investors to Marco Island. We have enjoyed our vacation home on Marco for years and we love it here! We want to make your stay on Marco Island a very comfortable. You should choose this property because it is an affordable way to spend your winter months on Marco Island. It is walking or biking distance to the beach and to shops and restaurants. The townhouse has been updated with a new kitchen and paint throughout. It feels like a home, not a small condo on the beach. It is more comfortable for longer stays. Plus, it gives you an idea of what living on Marco Island is like. We hope you will come back for years.

What makes this townhome unique

We choose this property because it feels like a home. We looked at over 20 properties in different communities on Marco Island before deciding on this property. We like the spacious floor plan, the fact that each bedroom has its each bath, so two couple could travel together and save some money. Or, a couple can have the room and privacy when they have guests stay. Having the half bath on the first floor is perfect to keep the bedrooms private. Plus, the unit was well maintained, it just needed a new kitchen. The lanai, is spacious and semi-private with extra storage for bikes and we furnished it with a new infrared electric grill which is healthier for cooking. We are very proud of what we have done.

This vacation was one of the best. This unit was very beautiful and was very clean. We have already recommend this unit to our friends and family. The owners are very nice and treat you like family. We are planning to make this a yearly vacation. Everyone should visit Marco Island!! Most beautiful beach we have ever been too!

Beachless on Marco

Unit was not rental ready- basic amenities missing, no wi-fi or second tv set up, also, still has a tube tv. Hair in bathroom, dirty kitchen set, unusable screened room, no views. No golf on island, must pay to go to beaches if you can find a parking spot. Nothing special in restaurants. Good farmers market is the best thing we can say. Would not go back to Marco Island.

Owner's Response: This was our first rental unit we purchased on Marco Island. All of the items that were requested by the vacationers were addressed in a timely manner. It has three new television sets and Wi-Fi, two new ones were purchased while the vacationers were there and the third after they left. It is a fully equipped unit, a beautiful new kitchen, very nice furniture and decor throughout, exceptionally clean, located just over a mile from the most beautiful beach in Florida and Marco Island was just named the number one vacation spot in the US by Trip Adviser. Most people absolutely love Marco Island! It is so nice that it is now rented until October 2015.

Marco Island is relaxing with a wonderful wide beach that stretches for miles with beautiful sunsets. Marco Island has wonderful restaurants and shopping. You can bike anywhere on Marco. Naples is located 30 minutes away which has world class shopping and restaurants on 5th Ave. The beach is not as wide, but stretches for miles. The Everglades is 30 minutes away, take a thrilling ride through the Everglades on an air boat. It is an affordable way to spend the day and you may even hold an alligator! Marco Island is the perfect place to spend family vacations and making memories. When you cross the bridge and look down on Marco Island, you just might find that you will want to call Marco you home or second home someday. Prices are still affordable!
