Bergün is a romantic mountainous village in Engadiner style, located in the magnificent mountainous landcspe of the Albula Pass, at 1373 m above the sea level. In Bergün, Grisons still looks like on the post cards. The fresh, healthy mountain air, the hospitable people, and the incomparable mountainous landscape will make your vacation unforgettable. The world wide known Glacier-Express St. Moritz – Zermatt has a station in Bergün as well. Begrün is the Mecca for the mountain lovers (the Albula passage is a candidate for the Unesco World Culture Heritage) and an ideal starting point for bike and motorbike tours, hiking trails and train rides through Grisons. Bergün offers in the wintertime a lot of fun for the snow sport lovers and is a paradise for sledge and toboggan runners. The 6 km long lit sledge slope leads to the passage terrace of Preda, and down to Begrün and it is world wide known. The railway goes up to 450 m, and during the high season, the train goes every half an hour.
Other Activities: Sledge, snowboard, skating, Nordic walking, curling, scooter, bike
