About Brent Nelson
Why Brent Nelson chose Kansas
This property has been handed down through the generations. After numerous requests, the family has decided to open it for others to relax and enjoy the beauty of the area. It will be their focus to develop the home to share the families work in conservation and the development of the Soil Conservation Programs.
What makes this house unique
Yes, seclusion. A star gazer delight. The sounds of the outdoors can be truly heard. Sandhill Cranes, coyotes howling, owls hooting, pheasants crowing, the lonely call of bobwhite quail all can be experienced sitting in the yard. The whole county of Lincoln has a population of less than 3500 people, yet this property is only 5 miles from town and is on one of the only paved roads in the whole county. So, wet weather won't cause travel difficulties. The county is rich with Homesteading history, local art, and diverse culture.
