Great location!

My husband and I enjoyed our recent six night stay. Pat was a friendly and helpful host.

The apartment is in a great location with grocery, restaurants and pubs (including The Cobblestone which is known for it's pick-up music sessions). The Old Jameson's Distillery is across the plaza and I recommend their Barrelman's Feast which runs, I believe, Friday and Saturday evenings. Also right outside of the apartment is the hop-on hop-off bus tour as well as the Luas. The last stop on the Luas Red Line is the DART train station where you can catch frequent trains to places like Howth and Malahide. Both were lovely half day trips.

The apartment was bright, clean and modern. This is the second time we've rented an apartment in Europe, and I wouldn't do it any other way--especially when you are traveling as a family.

Great Location and Manager

Nice apartment in a great location of restaurants, movie theater and Bars.
Great neighborhood Bar for music (no food) Cobblestone.

Music every night and mostly a local clients unlike Temple are which is overrun with tourists and considerably more expensive.

Pat is the manager of property and is a wealth of information and very helpful for anything you need.

Apartment is well represented by photos!

Awesome location to everything Dublin!

This place was great! It was in the heart of the city with walking distance to the Light Rail and Hop On Hop Off bus location. Also, has great restaurants and grocery literally downstairs. We also found a laundry mat 2 blocks away (since the dryer didn't work), so we were able to wash and dry our clothes. The only complaint is that there was only 1 bath towel per person for the entire week, so we have given that feedback to the owner. The owner was also great in letting us know where to go and how to get to places. Great experience!

Great location, Great apartment, Great holiday

We were 2 women with 4 children and this apartment worked brilliantly for us. We had a lovely 5 night visit to Dublin. This was a superb location. The accommodations were wonderful. Very, very cozy and clean. There was a well equipped kitchen and the bedrooms were very comfortable. Views of Dublin were spectacular as this apartment is on the 5th floor. The complex is very secure - we felt very safe in the city. The lower level of the complex is filled with restaurants, coffee shops, a cinema, playground and also a fresh food market. The Luas light rail system was just a short walk down the square. Also the "hop-on hop-off" bus stop was right there in front of the windows!! But also we were within walking distance of everything Dublin has to offer.

Pat is a wonderful and informative host, telling us where things are located nearby, as well as ensuring there are lots of adaptors so we could plug in all our electronics. He also keeps lots of brochures and maps and is readily available to give advice and assistance. We will not hesitate to stay here again when we return.

Great apartment but needs better cleaning

Pluses - Pat is a gracious and responsive host. Hop on bus just outside. Grocery just down the quad. Within walking distance of everything. Comfortable beds. Great open airy quality. Building access and keying was secure and modern. Dish and clothes washers were nice to have.

Improvements - the apartment had a stale smell when we arrived. Pat came by with air freshener and the smell went away the next day. May have been previous tenants. The apartment could use a deep cleaning. The rug was dingy and there are covers spread over old furniture. If Pat told us he had done the deep cleaning I would stay there again when in town.

Owner's Response: Terry, thanks for the nice things you say about the apartment and I'm pleased you had a good time. The leather suite was damaged recently and I use a throw until I get it repaired. I still haven't solved the mystery of the stale smell---but happily it cleared up quickly. The woollen rug is regularly professionally cleaned.

The perfect place in Dublin

We stayed here for 2 weeks (2 adults and 2 small children). The apartment was spacious, clean and efficient. All of the appliances worked great and the kitchen was well appointed for cooking and serving. We loved the restaurant downstairs as well. The owner was very personable, and was organized, responsive to all of our questions and went way out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone staying in Dublin!
