The perfect place in Dublin

We stayed here for 2 weeks (2 adults and 2 small children). The apartment was spacious, clean and efficient. All of the appliances worked great and the kitchen was well appointed for cooking and serving. We loved the restaurant downstairs as well. The owner was very personable, and was organized, responsive to all of our questions and went way out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone staying in Dublin!

Great Location and Amenities!

My Husband, Mother-In-Law and I recently stayed here for a little over a week. The location couldn't have been better. The coffee shop on the ground floor was very friendly and even recognized us by the second day. Patrick took the time to explain everything upon arrival and even had a table full of tourist pamphlets for us to peruse. The balcony was perfect for people watching at all hours. The LUAS train is less then a block walk. There are a few places within a 10 minute walk that we highly recommend - 1. St. Michans Church (you can see the graveyard from the apartment) - you get to tour the Crypts and touch one if you are brave enough. 2. The Church Restaurant - live music on Sunday through Wednesday night (at the Jervis stop on the LUAS) 3. The Brazen Head just across the Liffey - oldest pub in the city and very cozy. Overall, a great apartment and fun city to visit!!

Fantastic location and close to many sights in Dublin. The Luas is right outside your door. The restaurant on the first floor, Third Space, has excellent breakfast and wonderful tea and coffee. There is a supermarket just 300 m up the road and another great restaurant, Oscar's, in the next building. Pat is so kind and friendly and even provided us with a map of Dublin. He suggested we take the Luas and the train to Howth and we had a beautiful day in this sea side town. The hostel across the way can get a bit rowdy at night, but it's to be expected with a big city like Dublin. Wonderful pubs are in the neighborhood.
The apartment is very modern and has plenty of room. The bathrooms are nice and the kitchen is great. I would highly recommend this property.

This is quite a spacious and well appointed apartment. Very comfortable. An easy walk or tram ride into the city centre. An excellent base from which to enjoy Dublin

Perfect Location, Great Apartment w/Parking!

My wife and I stayed in this apartment for 3 nights during our visit from the UK to Dublin with our 1 year old baby. Hats off to Patrick, he met us outside the building and escorted us to our underground secure parking, the proceeded to walk us up to his apartment while helping my wife with her bags! Pat made sure we had everything we needed and answered all of our questions. He even gave us great advice on exploring Wicklow County if we wanted to explore beyond Dublin (we did and it was great!). The apartment was very large, especially considering its location which was very central to everything we needed. It was very safe for our 1 year old to walk around and was quiet enough for her to sleep while my wife and I ate dinner and watched movies in the other room. Appliances are nice and new too.

Location wise it is perfect, you have the Luas right outside your door which takes you within a 5 min walk of anywhere you want to go to include Temple Bar, Guinness Storehouse, and Trinity College. There is a very nice grocery store, Italian place, cafe, and even a cinema all within the same apartment complex on the bottom floor. Don't forget, the Jameson Distillery is right in front of the apartment too.
Had a great time and will tell all of my friends to call Pat to book with him if they are going to Dublin! Thanks Pat!
