Park your car and leave it when you escape to our newly renovated, two bedroom/two bathroom “Alpenview Suite” located in the best spot in Breckenridge. The Village at Breckenridge is one of only a very few complexes that is both ski-in/ski-out AND a stone’s throw to the town’s Main Street historic district. Facing southwest and bathed in tons of natural sunlight, our top floor corner unit seven stories above the Blue River has spectacular views from every window. While grilling out on your large private deck, enjoy a commanding 270 degree vista that stretches from Mount Baldy to Quandary Peak to the world-class runs of Breckenridge Ski Resort. Inside, we’ve completely remodeled our 1,200 square foot home-away-from-home with brand new carpet, furnishings, lighting, electronics, mattresses, and linens. Our suite features a wonderfully appointed kitchen with full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and range, along with a crockpot, griddle, blender, toaster, and coffee maker. The large living and dining room area has a romantic gas stone fireplace, huge 60” TV with DIRECTV service and Blu-ray DVD player. Don’t feel like venturing out in the cold? You can “virtually” ski using our Wii gaming system. (We have 17 Wii games to choose from…or feel free to bring your own.) The upgraded queen-sized memory foam mattress on the leather sleeper sofa makes for a much better night’s rest than an average couch. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed with Simmons Beautyrest mattress, ceiling fan, LED TV with Blu-ray player, separate tub and vanity areas, large walk-in closet, and direct access to the deck. Enjoy your morning coffee in the sitting area under the huge picture window, or curl up in a blanket in one of the comfy deck chairs. The second bedroom features two queen-sized beds with Sealy Templeton mattresses, ceiling fan, LED TV, separate bathroom, and its own private balcony. Free wireless internet throughout the suite. In addition, our guests have access to all the on-site amenities of the Village, including a fitness center with locker rooms, showers and exercise equipment, heated indoor/outdoor pool, sauna, steam room, hot tubs, heated parking garage, ski rental, lift ticket office, ski school, medical clinic and more! And if all this isn’t enough, only one block separates Alpenview Suite from Breckenridge’s abundant shops, restaurants, art galleries, theaters, bars, and nightclubs!

We’re not a hotel chain or big corporation…just a family whose dream was always to own property in the mountains. We love Breckenridge because it’s a real town with a real history dating back to 1859, much of which has been carefully preserved in Colorado’s largest historic district. The skiing is fabulous, but the summers have kept us coming back since 1999. You CANNOT get bored here: outside of the amazing array of winter sports (downhill skiing, cross-county skiing, heli-skiing, snowboarding, sledding, snowshoeing, tubing, ice skating, snowmobiling, dogsledding, ice climbing, sleigh riding), there’s a dizzying array of 3-season outdoor activities like hiking, climbing, mountain biking, horseback riding, golfing, white water rafting, kayaking, ballooning, swimming, running, tennis…pretty much something for everyone! Our condo is a great, peaceful escape for our family, and we’re anxious to share it with you on your next mountain vacation!

This condo gives our family of six room to spread out. The bedrooms are separated by the living room and entryway, affording a lot of privacy. The location of the Village at Breckenridge can't be beat...ski-in for lunch and walk to just about everything in town. Owner's Response: Thank you for your review. There are something like 35 ski areas in Colorado. Some of those are simply that...places to ski. We believe that, although the skiing here is world-renown, people stay with us to EXPERIENCE Breckenridge. Our condo puts you in the center of that experience: the skiing, the nightlife, the restaurants, the shops, the galleries, the arts district, the spas, and 150 years of history...all right outside the door. I know I brag about this all the time, but there simply isn't a better location than ours to immerse yourself in the experience that is Breckenridge.

Perfect condo for family get-away!

This condo was perfect for our family and we definitely plan to return. The condo is clean and beautiful and the location is amazing. Quality and cozy decor welcomed us and the fully stocked kitchen allowed us to make our meals at the condo. We brought our three little ones and really appreciated the toys, pack-n-play and booster high chair. The view is incredible! We loved grilling (yes! there's a grill!) and having our morning coffee on the balcony. The large windows allowed us to enjoy the view even when it was chilly. The thoughtful details and plush linens really make the condo a special retreat. The location is superb! There was no need to have our vehicle - we easily walked to parks, shops, the grocery store, the children's museum, etc. and loved that we could come back for lunch and naps in the middle of the day. Overall it was such a pleasant experience and we know that much of that was due to the amenities and location of the condo. Thank you!

Described Perfectly!

I loved this condo so much that I'm not sure where to begin! The price is amazing for what you get! The heated private parking garage was extremely convienent, as was the elevator up to our 7th floor condo. When we first got there our hosts left a bottle of wine to greet us, such a nice personal touch! The condo was clean and spacious, exactly what we were looking for! The rooms are separated by the shared living space, which were a huge plus. The balconies provide beautiful views that we enjoyed every morning and every night. Bathrooms were a tad bit small but had everything you would need, toilet, sink, storage, shower/tub combination, and had higher end finishes that made it look super nice!!! The rain shower head was awesome! Our first night there we discovered that the fire place wasn't working, pretty sure that it was due to operator error (me), so I called the owners. We tried to troubleshoot over the phone with little luck, but when that didn't work they offered to come fix it the next day! I was so impressed! It was such a pleasent experience and we can't wait to stay at this cozy little condo again. Thank you so much for taking care of us and for sharing your little piece of Breckenridge paradise with us :)

Owner's Response: As a 15 year homeowner and Breckenridge connoisseur, I am familiar with most of the condominium complexes in town...their locations, amenities, prices...and I am certain that our home is an exceptional value. Our amenities are great, our location is THE best in town, and our views rival those of the million dollar houses on Peak 7. And since we don't have to pay a property manager, we pass along those savings to our guests. ALL our rates are competitive, but our offseason rate is a particularly good deal. In fact, we love to be in Breck when it's a little more quiet and peaceful...it makes us feel a million miles away from the busyness that normally seems to consume our lives!

More than a Home Away from Home

Thank you for the wonderful Breckenridge experience! It was a beautiful home away from home, only we felt quite spoiled with all the amenities the condo had to offer. Coffee on the patio, the crisp fresh Breck air and the amazing views were unforgettable. The extra blankets in the living room gave us time to snuggle up on the couch with the kids and have some family time. It was a little chilly out so the heated parking garage was appreciated. Location was optimal and we walked to several shops and restaurants on Main St. Great condo, great location and the nicest people to rent from make this the place to stay when in Breckenridge!

Owner's Response: We're glad you enjoyed it! We agree that the secure, heated parking garage is a really nice amenity. At the majority of condominium complexes in Breckenridge, guests must park their cars outside in the cold and snow. Many complexes don't have elevators, either, forcing guests to lug their stuff up several flights of stairs. The Village at Breckenridge has an elevator that whisks our guests from the heated garage to the top floor of our building...from there, it's not more than 20 yards to our front door. And complimentary luggage carts are available for use, too! (Just so you know, though, during ski season the complex levies a nominal charge for parking. I am always happy to explain more about that and to provide information about shuttle services from/to the Denver International Airport.)

For a great experience, location, and views, this condo is top notch. From the oversized king bed in the master down to the updated kitchen and the two balconies (that's right there are two balconies!)- the owner is very meticulous about making sure everything is just right for your vacation experience. For those that go in ski season you even have your own heated parking garage. It is a home away from home. Conveniently located within walking distance of everything downtown Breck and also available to you are all the amenities from the complex, including room service! :) If you want to do a vacation to Breckenridge the right way, this place is a must for couples and families alike!

Breckenridge 'Free Ride' provides complimentary bus transportation around town. Summit Stage provides free bus transportation from Breckenridge to other locations in Summit County, including Copper Mountain and Keystone ski resorts, Frisco, Dillon, and the Outlet Shops at Silverthorne.
