Finca on an idylic emplacement

House in an peaceful area, with 3 bedrooms with their own bathrooms, dressing room, balcony, saloon, dinning room, saloon, toilet, 3 terraces, pantry, laundry room, kitchen, everything has 310 square meters, the house is fully equiped and free wifi area for internet access.

The distribution is: on the main floor there is the hall, the dinning room, the kitchen, a WC, the saloon, the pantry and laundry room; on the upper floor, all bedrooms have their own bathroom for everyone and wardrobes with linen and towells.

Outside has 2.000 square meters and more land with private free field access for walking, enogh to get lost. The finca also has a garage for 2 cars, swimming pool (9,5*4,5 m), solarium with 2 (3*3 meters) sun umbrellas and 7 sunbeds, shower,2 terraces with chairs, porch with table and chairs, barbecue place & garden.

It's important to to say that there is an employee (paid by the property) that will take care about the outdoor and any emergency that can came up

Nearest Beach : beach at 5 Kilometres

The emplacement is rural and no constructions are around, it is consider one of the wildest and free rural & natural areas that Majorca had before turism came across and nowadays conserve. The house (a Majorcan finca) is 5km away from the beaches of Son Serra de Marina and Alcudia's bay which are famous for their virginity, the white sand & crystal water.

Top house and top pool, a view which is unbelieveble.
We have a dreamweek in this Finca and our host has been very friendly.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Romantic Getaway
