Ideal for a relaxing beach holiday, with restaurants on your doorstep

This lovely apartment is in Pintor Sorolla. It is the top floor with great sea views of the Poniente beach – two minutes to the beach and promenade (bars, restaurants and shops), 5 mins to La Cala beach and 10 mins walk to the Old Town. The pool is open from mid June to mid Sept with a full time life guard but the gardens are open throughout the year. The apartment is 2 bedroom sleeping 4 people, it has one bathroom and a separate kitchen. The balcony area is enclosed and it opens to provide a 4 metre gap to give the effect of a balcony. Ceiling fans in the lounge and main bedroom as well as floor standing in the two bedrooms. There is also SKY TV freeview (2.4 metre dish) which gives access to BBC1 3 4, ITV1 2 3 4, Channel 4 and 5, SKY news and a host of other English speaking channels.

Poniente Beach in Benidorm runs from Dove Park and the Benidorm Port in the Old town right down to La Cala to the West. Clusters of palm trees line Poniente beach and behind are many front line apartments with only a narrow quiet road between them and the beach. Poniente beach is the quieter of the two main beaches in Benidorm and is just as long as Levante beach. There is not so much night life in this area, but if you come for a quiet and relaxing beach holiday then this is the place to be.The new promenade opened in August 2009. There is a brand new contoured promenade designed to blend with the sea and views. The lovely new promenade is much bigger now with two walkways plus better access to the beach. Stunning new wooden decking below runs almost the entire length of the beach, which is great news for disabled visitors who can now access the beach via new slopes at various points along the promenade and enjoy the beach at sea level

The Pintor Sorolla apartments are located on the Poniente beach with the old town being a 15 minute walk away and the beach a couple of minutes walk.
The apartment is situated on the top floor with stunning views across the city and also out to sea.
Although we were on the 12 th floor we thought the apartments were very safe for our children (8 and 6) with the balcony being enclosed with lockable windows. Throughout the duration of our stay we never had any concerns.
The apartment felt very homely and was very well equipped compared to most apartments in Benidorm. Facilities included a washing machine, toaster, microwave and sky TV. The oil heaters also came in handy for those chilly nights we had in February.
Parking around the apartment was plentiful and safe.
I have been to Benidorm in excess of 20 times and this is the best apartment I have stayed in, very well furnished.
The next time we are in Benidorm I will definitely check the availability of the Pintor Sorolla apartments.

This is a very comfortable apartment with everything you could need for self catering, including mini market just outside and a few bars. If you are sharing, the bedrooms are well apart so you have privacy. The views are fantastic, its only about a 15 minute walk into town and at night its well lit and safe. If in town try Michaels restaurant they do a very good early meal offers and the food & service is very good. we would highly recommend this apartment also the private transfer with Christine that's offered is worth using. Lovely apartment, with everything you need, very clean and modern. People close at hand if any problems. Apartment exactly as pictures depict. Spectacular sunsets and sunrises. Wonderful views of both beaches and the whole of Benidorm. Lift down to promenade, restaurants and bars was a bonus. Local bus was great only 1.30 euros to Cala Finestrat, Terra Mitica and into old town. Took train to Denia 5.70 euros return, beautiful trip, very clean and comfortable. Recommend Raffles bar and restaurant below apartment on promenade, drinks good price and food very good. Beach lovely and clean. Good walks along the promenade both ways. Would recommend to all and will be back.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Romantic Getaway
