A beautiful style Victorian 3 storey town house situated in Old Poole Town.

On the ground floor is a comfortable cosy lounge with flat screen cable /freeview TV /DVD player, dinning room with a round table, couch and CD player, including FREE wireless Internet connection,

Fully fitted kitchen with double oven, eight ringed gas cooker, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave & toaster.

A new refurbished toilet and separate new refurbished bath/shower room (Winter 2012)

Rear lobby with door leading to a walled patio garden with table and chairs and outside storage area.

Stairs leading to the first floor were there are two double bedrooms one with a king size bed and the other with two singles, cot, toys and children's books and a push chair.

On the second floor there are two double bedrooms with two single beds and chest of draws/ hanging space in each, also a small book exchange area on the top floor landing.

Bed linen is provided for all beds (exc cot) towels & t/towels are not provided.

Residents street parking with permits supplied (one car per booking) with many other local car parks.

From our holiday home, 2 min walk brings you to Poole town/Dolphin shopping centre and the harbour is only 5mins walk, where boat trips to the beautiful Brownsea Island and harbour trips depart, inc trips to the Jurrassic coast.

Over looking the harbour side there are many different types of restaurants, bars and pubs some with live music and all within walking distance from our house.

There is a brand new (2012) childrens safe playground just around the corner.

Tower Park is only 5 min drive were you will find many things to do if the weather is not as you would wish, including Splashdown waterpark, 10 screen cinema, 10 pin bowling and a choice 1st class restaurants.

10 min. drive brings you to the blue flag beaches of Sandbanks and the chain ferry taking you to Swanage and Corfe Castle where you can catch a trip on the Swanage Steam Railway.

40 min. drive takes you to Monkey World and the Tank Museum. Also there is the beautiful fishing village of Lulworth cove and amazing coastal walks over to Durdle Door

Wonderful house for a holiday

The house was well presented and had everything you could wish for during a stay.
The house is ideally situated just a stones throw from the town centre and harbour amenities.
Parking is easy with the provided permits and we were able to park right outside. Nice quiet street with no noticable noise to spoil a good nights sleep.
Will definitely be paying another visit soon.

Whilst visting the UK from Australia we had a fabulous week in Poole,
this stay was made all the more enjoyable by our excellent accommodation.

The holiday home was in a prime location for holidaymakers as it was very central to the hub of the vibrant town whilst being nestled in a quite resential family street, just a short stroll from the beautiful harbour and walking distance to all the main areas of interest. The location made for an easy and relaxing holiday while traveling with small children.

The house itself was fantastic, very homely and equipped with everything you`d possibly need for a family holiday. This was great as we were traveling from overseas and did not want to be weighed down with luggage. There were prams, toys,books and lots of other things for the children who were never bored with the selection.

There was an abundance of room in the house, a great kitchen and cosy sitting room for the evenings. The house also had a small sunny enclosed patio/rear garden that was safe for the children to play in. The house was clean and tidy and we will definitely make a return visit stay there. We`ll be highly recommending it to our family and friends visiting Poole in the future.

The owners of the home left great information for visiting guests about Poole and the surrounding areas and important information about the house. They were also very easy to communicate with and very friendly and helpfull.

We had a great time and would like to thank the owners very much for making our stay most enjoyable.

A lovely positioned house close to the many bars and restaurants on Poole Quay. Many activities available for our Grandsons in Poole Park at Sandbanks with a Water Park a short car ride away. Bournenouth and the New Forest are also close if you wish to visit. The House was clean and tidy and it felt like a family home. We were concerned initially regarding the car permit parking but this proved to be completely unfounded and experienced no problem. The price is great value considering 8 could stay at any one time. The owner provided all the information required to locate the house and assured us that should any problems be experienced he was only a phone call away (none were experienced).
