A three bedroom, two bathroom barn conversion on the edge of a village

Bull Pen is a lovely, newly converted barn on Ford End Farm, a working farm at the foot of the Chiltern Hills.

Bull pen is a two storey, centrally heated property, with three bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. This is open plan to the dining area, with a large dining table which comfortably seats six.

The lounge has two large sofas, and a television with Freeview. There is also a downstairs shower room and toilet. Upstairs the master bedroom has a king-size bed (which can be converted to a pair of twins), and en-suite shower room. There are two further twin bedrooms (which can both be converted to king-size) and a family bathroom with bath with a shower.

The Bull Pen has an enclosed garden with a washing line, there is also a table with two benches. Ample parking is available for tenants use.

Buckinghamshire is home to the stunning Chiltern Hills (designated as an Area of Outstanding Beauty) and yet it is only 50 minutes from the centre of London.

The area is full of things to see and do, visit the stunning Waddesdon Manor or take the kids to the Roald Dahl Museum and Story Centre for a day out. The property is just a couple of miles from the Grand Union Canal with tow-paths to walk, boats to hire or boat trips at all times of the year. We are just ten minutes away from Whipsnade Safari Park and close to the start of the Ridgeway Path - Ivinghoe Beacon.

The property also has a lake on site which can be used for fishing. Please enquire if you are interested.

Rental includes all bills, electricity (£15 towards electricity included in the weekly rental, and thereafter charged on a non-profit basis), broadband, linen and towels.
The owner of this property does not request a damage deposit, but will ask for a credit card authorisation to be signed on arrival.
We request one third of the rental up front, if over 8 weeks before the beginning of the booking. If under 8 weeks before the booking, we request full payment. Payment may be made by BACS or credit or debit card. We also take on line payments through Worldpay. There is a 2% card fee for credit cards, no fee for UK debit cards.
