From the house there are beautiful views of the cathedral and the historical center of the city. The house is next to South University Campus, 500 m. Clinical Hospital and a 20 min. about the beaches and coastline.
Seating for 6 people, has 2 bedrooms (with 1.5 beds), bathroom, living room (with two sofa beds), kitchen with pantry and terrace. It is equipped with all the comforts of a modern home: heating, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, TV, Freeview, microwave, toaster, juicer, coffee maker, mixer, thermostatic shower, etc, and fully equipped (kitchenware, linens, towels, etc. .).
Getting there: Entering Santiago in the exit Noia, leaving South University Campus right, passing two roundabouts you come to a third roundabout just opposite the University Hospital. There, about 20 m. the roundabout turn right crossing a river by a small bridge. After crossing the bridge turn right and continue along the river as 200 m. right to leave a detour and follow the track up. From there about a mile is the house.
