Superb cottage, beautiful location

  • 5 out of 5
We've stayed at this site several times now, in the lodges and in the cottage. This is a really great place to stay! The owners are really friendly and welcoming. Facilities are great; very well-equipped kitchen and a drying room that comes in very handy in wet weather. The lochside location is absolutely perfect; there's a pebbly beach on the other side of the very quiet road, and the main A82 is five minutes' drive away, so it's very convenient for sightseeing. Love it!

Sunny October!

  • 5 out of 5

Exactly what we looked for.

  • 5 out of 5
A last minute booking to escape the new floor in the utility room! My wife and daughter stayed at home. Boys (15 and 11) and I went up to chance the hill walking, Weather was Scottish! We still managed Bidean, Nevis and Blackwater Damn. Plus went ice climbing at Ice Factor. Accomodation was clean and exactly what we needed, the bath/shower was a power shower, none of those electric dribbles. The owners were welcoming and even lent us some matches for the pumkins! I would be happy to return.

Little piece of heaven

  • 5 out of 5
We have stayed here many times and everything about this site is perfect (except the weather this time). The cabins are very well maintained and extremely cozy and comfortable and the views are just amazing. The location is perfect for walks and there is always something different to see in each season. Ian and Sharon are perfect hosts and will do anything to make your stay more enjoyable. No hesitation on recommending this as a first class place to stay and can't wait to go back.

Perfect for exploring and relaxing!

  • 5 out of 5
Just back from our first stay at Loch Leven Chalets. We had the pleasure of staying in Tiranui Lodge which was cozy, clean and very much a home from home. Very warm welcome from Ian, such a lovely guy, but we never had the pleasure of meeting Sharon as she was on her own wee holiday. The view from the lodge and shore is stunning, such a picturesque and peaceful location. Climbing the pap was one of the highlights of our stay as we enjoyed looking up at it in all its glory before and after it was conquered (also nice looking down at our lodge from the top!) We had many family adventures exploring the mountains and forests of Glencoe and will definitely be back as far too much to do in the area in just one week. We will most certainly book the lodge again as great value for money and great location.

Great property adjacent the shores of Loch Leven - the house is for 8 but we were just a party of 3 so had plenty of room! The house has everything you would need with an incredible view. The owners Ian and Sharon are very friendly & attentive and the combination of house / location and them made for a fab holiday

Here at Loch Leven Holidays we are situated in a quite loch side location 4.5miles from North Ballachulish and the main A82, which is the North/South route up the Scottish West coast. We are in an enviable position sitting on the North shore of Loch Leven facing South over the spectacular mountains of Glencoe, with the Mamore range behind us. The setting is fantastic and the views are stunning. The area around has much to offer with walking, climbing, cycling, boating, sight-seeing or just relaxing.

We are only 7 miles from the spectacular Glencoe, 40 miles from Oban which is a lovely little fishing port where you can enjoy shopping, eating, walking or even seal watching.

Fort William the home of Ben Nevis (the highest mountain in the British Isles) is only 16 miles away where many indoor and outdoor activities can be enjoyed

Golf: Dragons Tooth Golf Course is only 6 miles away and is in a stunning position looking over Loch Linnhe. An ideal spot to enjoy a few rounds and enjoy a warming coffee or cool drink in the cafe.

Ski: We have 2 ski centres within 30 mins of the cottage, Glencoe Mountain resort only 12 miles away and Anoch Mor nr Fort William 20 miles away. Both excellent spots for enjoying winter sports but both having world class mountain bike routes, hire wire activities and food and drink options.
