One of the most beautiful places in Scotland

  • 5 out of 5
Our second visit to this particular location - overlooking the Pap of Glencoe - is there a better view in Scotland? Lochside cottage equipped with all modern facilities, comfortable, clean and well maintained. Sharon and Ian are perfect hosts and make this splendid place feel like home. Local activites include fishing, walking, climbing, watersports etc etc etc - for those who love the great outdoors the list is endless!

Vacances Loch Leven

  • 5 out of 5
Bye Ian & Sharon. hope to see you for a next time.
Philippe family.

We love this place!

  • 5 out of 5
We have been here three times before and love it. Long trip from Norfolk but hey whatever the weather sun rain or snow it is great. Sharon and Ian are lovely people the best of hosts and always helpful. Tiranui is in a fabulous location, the best views and spotlessly clean. It has everything our party of walkers and non walkers needed. Wildlife there is lots. We will return, we wish we lived nearer. There is lots to do nearby and lots more if you want to drive a few miles. Can't wait til next spring!

Great location and value for money

  • 4 out of 5
Had a comfortable stay in a warm cosy chalet which was clean and comfortable.

Great location for quick access to a large number of mountains and large french windows open onto veranda with sea loch and mountain views.

Location means your views are not interrupted by adjacent chalets (we stayed in Seal) and although close to the road its not a major road so no significant road noise.

Recommend the drive via Corran ferry to Sunart and Moidart-and the back road from Corpach to Loch Arkaig-beautiful autumn colours.

Fantastic location

  • 5 out of 5
A wonderful location whose views (even in the rain and mist) surpassed our expectations. The chalet was well equipped, clean, comfortable and very recommendable. We didn't really meet Ian & Sharon during the week because all was as it needed to be and after a very warm welcome after a long drive we had all that was needed. But this wasn't just a chalet, it was a little of home transported, thanks to the peronalisation and homely touches that had been added. Go and enjoy !

Here at Loch Leven Holidays we are situated in a quite loch side location 4.5miles from North Ballachulish and the main A82, which is the North/South route up the Scottish West coast. We are in an enviable position sitting on the North shore of Loch Leven facing South over the spectacular mountains of Glencoe, with the Mamore range behind us. The setting is fantastic and the views are stunning. The area around has much to offer with walking, climbing, cycling, boating, sight-seeing or just relaxing.

We are only 7 miles from the spectacular Glencoe, 40 miles from Oban which is a lovely little fishing port where you can enjoy shopping, eating, walking or even seal watching.

Fort William the home of Ben Nevis (the highest mountain in the British Isles) is only 16 miles away where many indoor and outdoor activities can be enjoyed

Golf: Dragons Tooth Golf Course is only 6 miles away and is in a stunning position looking over Loch Linnhe. An ideal spot to enjoy a few rounds and enjoy a warming coffee or cool drink in the cafe.

Ski: We have 2 ski centres within 30 mins of the cottage, Glencoe Mountain resort only 12 miles away and Anoch Mor nr Fort William 20 miles away. Both excellent spots for enjoying winter sports but both having world class mountain bike routes, hire wire activities and food and drink options.
