Apartment in an Andalucian town house, sleeps 2-4 people

Our apartment is located in an impressive 19th century Andalucian town house in the historic centre of Jerez.

The building is recently renovated, retaining many original features. The apartment comprises of a double bedroom, lounge with fully equipped kitchen area, and a bathroom. As well as a double bedroom there is a double sofa bed in the lounge, so it sleeps from 2-4 people. The apartment is great for couples, families, golfers etc and its central location makes it easily accessible to all Jerez's main attractions and amenities.

The apartment is located in the heart of the historical centre of Jerez. We are situated just a couple of minutes walk from the main shopping street and the fantastic fresh fish and vegetable market. There are also a wide selection of cafes, bars and restaurants nearby. Jerez is a very picturesque town, famous for its sherries, Flamenco and horses. We are located within easy walking distance of various bodegas which are well worth a visit and the Royal Equestrian School as well as the Cathedral and the Alcazar. There are great beaches within easy reach, for example El Puerto de Santa Maria, just 10 minutes on the train. There is plenty to do in Jerez alone, but it is also a great base to explore the area, with many interesting places such as Cadiz and the white fortress towns of Arcos and Vejer nearby.

Notes

  • The standard rate is 295 Euros per week, however this excludes the Flameco Festival, Horse Fair and Moto GP. Tariffs for these periods, as well as longer or shorter stays, are available upon request.

    A deposit is required to secure your reservation (non refundable). The balance is due one week before your stay (by bank transfer) or by cash upon arrival.

    There is a surcharge of 8 euros per person per night for parties of more than two (this does not apply to children under 12). We also ask for a refundable breakages deposit of 100 euros (payable in cash upon arrival) for parties of more than two or parties including children.

A lovely, clean and well appointed apartment within easy reach of all the places of interest in Jerez. The proprietors are warm, welcoming and friendly with considered words of advice and recommendation. They are always approachable, if not in person then at the end of their mobile phones! Well worth booking!

We visited the apartment for a few nights in April en route to Seville for the Semana Santa. We are a family of 4, 2 children and we had the best time ever! We flew into Seville and travelled by train to Jerez and the travelling was great, what a fab train station Jerez has! The apartment was lovely, clean and spacious, a nice modern feel right in the middle of everything. Loads of really good restaurants and tapas bars nearby, many of them recommended by the owners. The two young owners were really helpful and friendly before and when we got there! We would defo recommend anyone to go there and we'll definately go back ourselves!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Febauary Stay in Herez

We rented the apartment for a week in February. We travelled by rail from Madrid. The apartment was lovely and clean, freshly decorated and we took advantage of having a welcome pack of food and drink waiting for us. Double bed very comfortable and sheets and towels were supplied. It is very competitively priced. The apartment is very central - right in the middle of the town and we visited everywhere on foot. Supermarket nearby as are lots of little bars and restaurants. If you want to travel around the trains are efficient and very reliable. We visited Cadiz and had a great day out walking to and from the station. Lots to see in Jerez. The apartments owners were most helpful and know the town well. A little library of books is available in the hallway and wifi was also very useful. I recommend this apartment without hesitation.

Nice and clean apartment, great location, only 5 min. walk from city centre. No car needed, we could easily walk to the touristic sights all over the city. Do not miss a visit to the famous Royal Riding School. A lot of good restaurants nearby, (Meson del Asador, Cruz Blanca) and great tapas bars El Gallo Azul.
The owner is friendly and very helpful.
I would surely recommend this apartment to friends and relatives.
The only disadvantage was the noise from the street especially on weekend nights.
