  • On arrival at the agency you will need to pay a deposit of 250 € in cash. The deposit will be fully returned on departure once the apartment has been inspected by our personnel provided that no damage has been caused to the accommodation and that it is left in the same state it was found in.

  • The accommodation must always be cleaned before leaving, unless you have booked the cleaning service. This service can be requested when making your booking, otherwise you will be expected to leave the accommodation in a decent state. This means, for example, that all kitchenware, crockery and cutlery must be clean, the rubbish must be taken out, the fridge and freezer must be empty and no food should be left in the property.
    On arrival, if you feel that the accommodation is not sufficiently clean you should inform us immediately or the next day and, as soon as possible, we will send round a cleaning team. If we are not informed within this time period, we will not able to accept any claims on this basis.
