*AGE: There is a strict minimum age requirement of 25 to book this property!

*PETS:
This property IS pet friendly! You are welcome to bring up to two pets during your vacation, however each pet MUST be registered and the pet fee paid prior to your arrival. The pet fee is $150.00 plus tax PER PET. Any damages caused by your pet(s) or any fines incurred involving your pet(s) will be your responsibility. The cost of the pet fee and/or fines are subject to change at any time without notice. Failure to register and pay the pet fee can result in being fined and/or evicted.

*MONTHLY RENTALS:
This property is available for monthly rentals during non-peak seasons. Please call or email our office for monthly rates.

*CANCELLATION POLICY:
In the event you have to cancel we will work with you as much as possible, however we do have a Cancellation Policy in place. Cancellation must be more than 60 days prior to arrival date to receive a refund of all monies paid minus your processing fee. Please refer to your Rental Agreement to review the full policy.

WEST BEACH COTTAGE:
Located in beautiful Gulf Shores..... just steps from the sandy white beaches and the Hangout! If you desire a peaceful getaway, you have found the right place. West Beach Cottage is fabulously decorated and very charming. From the hardwood floors to the open kitchen and living area, you will feel right at home. Wanna getaway, go fishing, eat out, play golf, go swimming, lay out, and walk on the beach? This cute cottage is convenient to it all!!!
Enjoy your vacation, family trip, weekend getaway, extended stay, or even winter here at Gulf Shores, of the most beautiful sandy, white beaches.
The fully renovated downstairs bedroom can only be accessed from the exterior and features King bedding, full bathroom, and small kitchenette. Every square inch of the downstairs has been completely renovated with new flooring, paint, fixtures, and furnishings. The small kitchenette offers a refrigerator, small sink, and cabinetry.
Head upstairs to the main living quarters which features 2 Bedrooms, and1 Full Bathroom.The living room has plenty of comfortable seating for everyone, and a large, mounted HDTV. In addition, there is a queen sleeper sofa. There are two bedrooms... the first with a queen bed & the second with a pair of twins. Each bedroom has a wall mounted TV in case you would like to retire to your own space.
The fully-equipped, eat-in kitchen has a table for 4 and additional seating is offered at the adjacent bar.
Both bedrooms offer private access to the beautifully decorated bathroom, and you will find a stack washer & dryer for your convenience.
Enjoy the tropical breeze as you relax on the very spacious screened porch, which provides seating for enjoying that cup of coffee in the morning or that evening cocktail.
Gulf Shores is a very family-friendly town. There are two local restaurants that have large outdoor sand play areas for children along with live music and more. Lulu's is on the Intracoastal Waterway, just 2 miles north of the beach. The Hangout is at the main public beach. There are two historic forts (Fort Morgan and Fort Gaines). We also have go-carts, putt-putt and a water park if you get tired of sand and sun.

West Beach Cottage is an affordable and comfortable place to relax with your family or friends, is pet friendly, and convenient to most everything you can imagine.

West Beach Cottage is centrally located between Mobile and Pensacola. Biloxi, MS Casinos are only two hours away!
