This beautifully decorated vacation home will bring your family memories for years. Enjoy the breathtaking views from the many decks of this luxurious home. The entire extended family can enjoy this wonderful house for your vacation.

If you've ever dreamt of the perfect vacation in the perfect house, "SunBeam" is your dream come true! This home is 7,000 SF of elegance and comfort on the pristine shore of the Atlantic Ocean. Breathtaking ocean views await you from the spacious living area and numerous decks! Ten beautifully decorated bedrooms, five with ocean views and each with private baths, boast 6 King beds and 4 Queen beds. There are also 4 Twin sleepers and 3 Sleeper Sofas. Your private pool and spacious, furnished deck along the ocean side will entertain and relax you during your stay!

The first floor offers an open and light-filled living area, dining room and super spacious kitchen with huge island with additional seating. The kitchen is a gourmet's dream that includes granite counters, 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers, 5-burner stove, built-in refrigerator and microwave. The main living area features comfortable sofas and chairs, hardwood floors, fireplace, TV and a spectacular view of the ocean. There is dining seating available for 20 of your guests. Six guest bedrooms are located on the first floor. One ocean view bedroom has a King bed and private access to the covered porch. Another ocean view bedroom has a Queen bed and private access to the covered porch. Four of the remaining guest bedrooms have one King and three Queen beds respectively. There is also a half bath off of the foyer.

Enjoy the added convenience of the second floor large, separate living area with plenty of seating, card table, huge flat panel TV, wet bar with full size refrigerator and magnificent ocean views! The master suite and three of the remaining guest bedrooms are situated on this floor. The dual master bedrooms are resplendent with a King beds, hardwood floors, and private access to the 2nd floor sun deck where the ocean breeze beckons you! The master baths offers a luxury experience with each having a jetted garden tub and walk-in shower. One guest bedroom has a King bed, hardwood floors and private access to the sun deck with amazing ocean views. The second guest bedroom also has a King bed and hardwood floors.

Pool Heating Additional Fee:$500.00 per week plus taxes and fees.

This property is located near a transition zone from swimmable beach area to non-swimmable inlet area. Caution should be taken when swimming in this area at all times. If weather is inclement, it is best to walk northeast up the beach four to six houses to swim in the ocean. Beach activities are enjoyable at any time.

Overall a beautiful,we'll appointed rental. Kitchen dishes and silverware were great and and the furnishings were nice. The staff was excellent and responsive.
The pans were not great, especially the frying pans. Bacon, scrambled eggs, browning meat for 15 guests does not work on a 10 inch skillet.
You can't cut bread without a bread knife and this is the only place we have rented without a bread knife.
Guests on the east side of the house complained of pool noise, probably the pumps. There should be on timers to shut off during the night.
There really should be some light over the grill outside. Post sunset cooking on the grill was really hard.
The last negatives are the sound system and cable tv. There are no instructions for the sound system and the sound system is not hooked up to the tv. Very primitive in today's electronic world. Also, for $8,000 per week, cable should offer high definition channels. Watching the World Series in low def was poor for the money paid.
We all felt we would come to 110 again but some of these complaints should be rectified. We look forward to coming back in 2016.

This house is a wow, so beautiful, neat, clean, lovely furniture, new bathrooms, modern kitchen, wonderful pool and a drop dead view of the ocean.
