This beautifully decorated vacation home will bring your family warm memories for years to come. Enjoy the breathtaking views from the many porches of this luxurious home. The entire extended family can enjoy this wonderful house for their vacation.

If you've ever dreamt of the perfect vacation in the perfect house, "SunBeam" is your dream come true! This home is 7,000 SF of elegance and comfort on the pristine shore of the Atlantic Ocean. Breathtaking ocean views await you from the spacious living area and 3 floors of ocean porches and decks! Ten beautifully decorated bedrooms, five with ocean views and each with private baths, boast 6 King beds and 4 Queen beds. There are also 4 Twin sleepers and 3 Sleeper Sofas. Your private pool with spacious, furnished deck will entertain and relax you during your stay!

The first floor offers an expansive open and light-filled living area, dining areas and spacious kitchen with 2 islands and additional 6 counter chairs. The kitchen is a gourmet's dream that includes granite counters, 2 GE Monogram stainless steel wall ovens, 2 Bosch dishwashers, Dacor 5-burner gas cook top, GE Monogram built-in stainless steel refrigerator, built-in microwave, ice maker and garbage compactor. The main living area features 2 comfortable sofas and chairs, hardwood floors, gas fireplace, large flat panel TV, surround sound and a spectacular view of the ocean. The dining areas feature a large table with 12 chairs and a separate "breakfast" table with 4 chairs along with 6 counter chairs on the kitchen island.

Six guest bedrooms are located on the first floor. Two of these bedrooms feature fantastic ocean views! One has a king bed while the other has a queen bed. They both boast an additional twin pull out sleeper each and a private bath with a tiled jetted tub/shower combo. Each has a TV, wood floors and private access to the first floor ocean side porch which includes plenty of seating with chairs and rockers. Two more guest bedrooms have a queen bed each, wood floors and private bathrooms with tiled tub/shower combos. The last two guest bedrooms on this floor have one king bed and one queen bed respectively. They both include a double size sleeper sofa, TV's, wood floors, private baths with tiled tub/shower combos and private access to the front facing covered porch.

Also on the first floor is a laundry room with full size GE Profile washer and dryer, utility sink and cabinets with Corian counter top and a powder room off the foyer.

The second floor adds the convenience and enjoyment of a second large, separate living area with plenty of sofa and chair seating, game table with 6 chairs, huge 60" flat panel TV, BluRay disc player, books, puzzles, stereo, twin sleeper chair, half bath, access to 2 balconies and kitchenette with granite counter, microwave and full size refrigerator/freezer! 2 Master Suites capture two of the three ocean view bedroom locations on this floor. Both feature king beds, spectacular ocean views, large flat panel TV's, wood floors, private access to the second floor ocean facing porch with new seating group and private bathrooms with corner Jacuzzi jetted tubs and large, tiled walk-in showers! There is also access to the 3rd floor sun deck with 360 degree ocean and island views from the second floor porch level. The third ocean view bedroom has a king bed, TV, more of the ocean views you come to expect in this house, private access to the second floor ocean facing porch and private bathroom with a jetted tub/shower combo. Rounding out the bedrooms is a guest bedroom with a king bed, twin sleeper, wood floors, access to a private balcony and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo. For your convenience, there is a laundry closet with full size stackable washer and dryer situated in the spacious hallway.

Enjoy the ease of outdoor entertaining at poolside with the addition of 2 tables with chairs, and multiple loungers and chairs! A gas grill, ping pong table, outdoor showers and elevator are some of the other nice features of this home.

110 Ocean Blvd is a lovely home, well suited for large groups or families. Each of the 10 bedrooms has it's own bath, which is really nice. Location could not be better for winter walks on the lovely beach. Seating in the kitchen and dining areas had plenty of space.

We had a wonderful time because this home had enough bedrooms and baths for all 18 of us as well as a huge kitchen to make all of Thanksgiving dinner as well as celebrating birthdays. When elevator broke, East Islands Rental sent someone to fix it right away.

I sent the review below immediately apon leaving the rental. I sent it as an email. However, I am more than happy to send it again.
Overall a beautiful,we'll appointed rental. Kitchen dishes and silverware were great and and the furnishings were nice. The staff was excellent and responsive.
The pans were not great, especially the frying pans. Bacon, scrambled eggs, browning meat for 15 guests does not work on a 10 inch skillet.
You can't cut bread without a bread knife and this is the only place we have rented without a bread knife.
Guests on the east side of the house complained of pool noise, probably the pumps. There should be on timers to shut off during the night.
There really should be some light over the grill outside. Post sunset cooking on the grill was really hard.
The last negatives are the sound system and cable tv. There are no instructions for the sound system and the sound system is not hooked up to the tv. Very primitive in today's electronic world. Also, for $8,000 per week, cable should offer high definition channels. Watching the World Series in low def was poor for the money paid.
We all felt we would come to 110 again but some of these complaints should be rectified. We look forward to coming back in 2016.

This house is a wow, so beautiful, neat, clean, lovely furniture, new bathrooms, modern kitchen, wonderful pool and a drop dead view of the ocean. We were 9 couples and everyone that walked in the house was blown away. East Island Rental was very attentive and great to work with. A perfect 10 vacation!
