This unique property has been carefully restored to maintain many of its original features and at the same time has been modernised by the installation of contemporary bathroom suites and kitchens Such a property is rare to find in Cannes centre, just ten minutes walk from the Palais and with stunning views of the Bay of Cannes and the islands.

The 300 sq m villa offers accommodation on three levels. In total there are 6 bedrooms with solid oak or antique pine floors, 4 bathrooms fitted with superb quality sanitary fittings and fixtures, 2 kitchens one of which has been fitted with professional Rangemaster oven, 2 dishwashers, two fridges, freezer and microwave. The reception rooms have been beautifully and tastefully decorated and furnished with a combination of antique and contemporary furniture. The large garden provides space for parking 4 cars as well as out door seating for entertaining. A 7 x 4 m pool has recently been constructed and the garden landscaped.

STUNNINGLY BEAUTIFUL CLASSIC VILLA

This villa is simply stunning in every imaginable way! The decor is second to none and attention to detail is impeccable, this is a house which is highly maintained with love yet retains an extremely comfortable and relaxing atmosphere which is seldom experienced so completely!!! The villa is perfectly equipped and the owner is very helpful regarding every aspect of the holiday!!! as if the beautiful interior wasnt enough, the outside area is just as desirable with a beautiful patio where we enjoyed many delightful lunches next to the pool! the icing on the cake is that the villa is situated just a 10 min walk from all that Cannes has to offer!!! I, for one, cannot wait to return this year and hope to for many to come!

This lovely villa is a total treat. I booked it to host 12 friends for my 40th party and it was wonderful. Karon helped me find all the right contacts for all my needs. The Villa was impeccable. The rooms and bathrooms are super comfortable. The pool and garden is a delight. All the rooms are stylish and welcoming. Dont hesitate and book this marvellous place.

We LOVE this place! Les Roses Blanches is the best holiday accommodation we've ever stayed in. It's beautiful and immaculate, very tastefully decorated and is furnished to a very high standard. We enjoyed spending time in the kitchen (which is extremely well equipped) rustling up some great Mediterranean dishes with supplies from the local market. One of our favourite things iss the garden. It's very pretty, filled with beautiful mature trees, shrubs and flowers, and we loved the fact that there were three separate outside dining areas, where we wiled many an hour away, sat with our friends, eating and drinking in the sunshine and on the warm Cannes evenings. The pool area is fabulous, too, where we had a great time chilling out on those hot and sunny days where we fancied a change from the the beach. The villa is in a nice, quiet area and is just around the corner from the best bakery in the world that makes the most delicious bread, cakes and pastries. It's a 10-minute walk down the hill into the town, where there are oodles of cafes, restaurants and bars and also some great shops. If you're looking for a place to stay in Cannes, we can promise you that you won't be disappointed with Les Roses Blanches - it really is an amazing place to stay.

Stunning building, excellently appointed.

Had an incredible stay at Roses Blanches. Was the perfect way to spend my birthday in the elegant and beautiful rooms with a lovely selection of wines and local produce. My wife and myself enjoyed the short jaunt down to the croisette to hunt for macaroons in the sophisticated bakeries in Cannes. Very close and convenient for all the ritz and dazzle of the town but far enough away to have space and relaxation. The pool area is incredible and is great in the long summer for bbq's, entertaining and parties. Bedrooms were excellently appointed with snugaliscious beds and linen. I'm ashamed to admit it but the shower room was the highlight of my entire trip, a slated wet-room master piece with the kind of shower head that has you pretending you are in an shampoo ad.

All-in-all a lovely experience that earned me significant brownie points with my wife. We will definitely be staying back at the Roses Blanches on our next trip to Cannes. The owner were amazing and made us feel very special and at ease.
