Villa with swimming pool and three bedrooms surrounded by stunning views

This is one of the best kept secrets of the Jaen province. Imagine a quiet, hillside location with beautiful views, set amidst a small cherry orchard. Then dream about a lovely garden with a tinkling fountain, an attractive private pool (8x4 mts), many fruit trees - fig, walnut, pear and cherry - going along with colourful plants and flowers such as hibiscus, geraniums and roses. Isn't that what we are all looking for? To make things complete, you can enjoy your alfresco meals at the courtyard or at a terrace that overlooks the valley, a barbecue is provided. The house is a 5 minute drive from Torres (5 kms), a small village for simple shopping and some bars and a restaurant. The town of Mancha Real (15 kms) provides you with more facilities whilst the historic city-centre of Jaen (31 kms) is a must-see. You can also visit Granada (103 kms) very easily from here, where you will also find the nearest airport. Nature lovers will want to hike around in the natural park Sierra Mágina.

Notes: Although the house is set in a rural area, it is a relative new construction with comfortable furniture throughout. On the ground floor you'll find open-plan living/dining room with 2 sofas, open fireplace, satellite-TV and DVD. There is a bar/kitchen area, provided with a gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave (no oven), dishwasher and washing machine. On this floor there are 3 bedrooms (1 double and 2 twins) and a bathroom with a complete bathroom with bath/shower over and a wheelchair accessible shower room with shower, basin and wc. On the first floor is a romantic double bedroom with open fireplace. Additional facilities: table tennis, mobile electric heaters.

We have an incredible memory about the three weeks in the villa El Nogal.
The place is beautiful: we enjoyed the terrace and the swimming-pool.
The house is well equiped and pleasant.

Thank you for the 3 weeks that we had in El Nogal

"I just writing you, to say thank you for the 3 weeks that we had in the villa El Nogal. We really enjoy it, and it was really nice to have 3 weeks and not only 1 week, that we had last year.

Can you please tell your parents that we really like the house and that the service they give us is 100%. We are a little bit sorry, because we can´t speake with them. My wife would like to talk with your mother. So we need to learn a little bit spanish before next time :-).

Thank you for your recomandation about the restaurant in Jaen. We tried the Matahambre, and find the food and service so good, so we went there 2-3 times. Thank You.

We had a nice trip home. And now we injoy the danish summer with 20 Celsius.......... :-)
