Highland Beach Resort is a friendly complex in the heart of Candolim and is walking distance from a wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops. The beach is only a 5 minute walk away.

The complex has numerous swimming pools.

The apartment is on the 1st floor with a balcony The apartment has air conditioning, water filter, mosquito nets on all doors and windows and comprises of :

- large lounge, with double doors to the balcony,

- kitchen diner

- master bedroom with en suite

- second bedroom with en suite

- modern shower room.

The property is furnished to high standards and feels like home.

Nearest Airport : Dabolim at 35 Kilometres
Nearest Beach : Candolim at 500 Metres

Candolim is just north of the Mandovi river and is home to Goa's most popular and well known resort and holiday village. It has a beautiful sandy beach. Take a plunge into swimming or just sun bathe. For the more adventurous amongst you there is option of indulging in water sports like parasailing and jet skiing.

While at the Candolim beach do not miss out the Aguada Fort. The fort was built by the Portuguese way back in 1912 for defence against the Dutch and the Maratha invaders. Along with the fort the church, lighthouse and the barracks of the Aguada Jail have become tourist attractions.

Candolim offers excellent restaurants serving local and international cuisine for lively nights out. There are a number of things to do including visiting Calangute and Baga Beach. There is a night market in Anjuna which is worth going to, remember to use your bartering skills. Take a trip to the capital Panjim. Taxis and rickshaws are very cheap and you can even agree a rate for the day.

Amazing Holiday Stay

My family and me enjoyed our stay at the Highlands Beach Resort. The rooms were very clean and bright and well equipped kitchen, Fantastic location and in a very happening area of Candolim Goa. Market, Beach, bus-stop, eating places all in vicinity of the apartment and the apartment had all that we were looking for in a resort with a lovely swimming pool that was well maintained, Above all the caretaker Angela was amazing, always there if we needed any help with the apartment. Angela ensured that our rooms were cleant and looked after any guest requirement. A big THANK YOU to Nina and Angela, we had a super holiday in Goa. I will certainly comeback to this apartment for a holiday again and highly recommend this to all my friends.

great location for beach and restaurants but very quiet as it is set back from the road. the apartment is very good for couples and families and the two bathrooms are great to have.
it is very reassuring to have somebody check that everything is ok when you arrive and nina is great at sorting out any problems that you may come across.
all in all we had a great time here and have booked again for next year.
would reccomment this strongly

great apartment,great location

Just got back from 2 weeks in candolim had a great time.This apartment is in the perfect location only 2 minute walk to the main road with plenty of restaurants bars and shops(Despite this it is a very peaceful location with no road noise).Candolim beach is only a 5 minute walk with plenty of beach shacks and watersports.The apartment is very clean and well maintained and was regularly cleaned during our stay.There is a nice restaurant and pool area very close to the room.The owner nina was very helpful and provided all the information needed.I would definitely use this property again and can recommend this to anyone.
