Accommodation comprises 1 x double bedroom, 1 x bedroom with bunk beds, new kitchen, bathroom and lounge with corner sofa convertible to comfortable double bed. Features include: free Internet, digital TV, Xbox, washing machine, electric shower and allocated parking space. Sleeps 4-6.

Town centre and harbour within a 'leisurely' 15 min walk where a comprehensive range of shops, bars, restaurants and tourist attractions are on offer. Tesco express less than 5 minute walk and Sainsburys large supermarket 5 min drive. Nearest beach at Watcombe less than 5 min drive - a quiet picturesque cove with toilets, cafe and one of a few with sand plus woodland coastal walk. Torquay Golf Club nearby at St Marychurch less than 5 min drive.

Ideal for a family holiday/romantic break.

Lovely apartment with lovely views over the bay. Clean, spacious and well maintained. Kitchen had everything you need. Wifi comes in very handy for teenagers and adults alike. It has its own parking space which is very handy. The pictures and description are spot on. The beds were all made up for us upon arrival, and it was cosy and warm. Pity we could'nt say the same for the weather, but the apartment made up for that!! The owner is very efficiant, and will reply to emails as soon as. Thank you for a lovely weekend.

We come down to Torquay once ayear and normally stay in a caravan/park home....never again!

This apartment was a real find, The place was spaciouds, modern and very clean.
It had everything we could have wanted and more for a place to stay.

Excellent customer service from the owner and also very helpful.

We would definatley use this apartment again, thank you for such a lovely holiday :)

A perfect base to enjoy Christmas with our family in Devon. The flat was warm and comfortable, and the wifi a very welcomed essential for travelling teenagers!

Brilliant time had by all!

Fantastic holiday flat with amazing views across the bay of Torquay. Property was well maintained and extremely clean. Description of flat is very accurate and we were provided with all the mod cons we needed to enjoy our holiday with our 3 young children. Flat was spacious and cosy for the 5 of us. Lovely and warm for an October half term, with plenty of hot water. Flat is provided with its own parking space so no worrying about where to park. Nice leisurely walk in to the town centre or a short drive. All big name food stores short drive away. Beds were made up for when we arrived, very clean. Second bedroom had more than enough room for a travel cot to be used. Would we stay there again? Yes, definitely!

Good flat with very good wiews of the area from the windows. Quite area. Clean and well maintained flat. Very good costomer service from owner. Convenient for seeing places around Torquay, which seemed like are nice tourist town.
Recommended for:  Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
