This is one of the larger 1 bedroom units listed in this building and located directly on Peachtree St. The unit is located on the `8th floor is a really nice size space for convention guests and families visiting Atlanta. At 850 Sq ft; the unit actually has a master bedroom plus the option for a role in bed if you need one.
When you walk in there is a full size kitchen on the left, it is fully equipped with all the basics, pots/pans, dishes, and all appliances including a coffee maker.
As you go further into the living/dining space you will see a 4 person dining room table to your front and a nice size social space with entertainment system (TV, Cable, wifi, etc) to your right. For those here for business there is an office desk which comes in handy if you'd like to get some work done.
. The Master Suite to the left of the living room has a queen size bedset (dresser, side tables etc) plenty of place to organize your possessions. There is a full size bathroom accessible to both the living room and the bedroom.
I have a lot of guest who stay here specifically for the location. We less then .2 miles from every big hotel chain located in downtown Atlanta (Hyatt, Marriott Marquis, Westin, Hilton, W, and the Ritz), and from the America's Mart and from the Georgia World Congress Center. Georgia Dome or Phillips Arena are walking distance from this property. You can actually see the GA Aquarium and the World of Coke from this unit.
Being this unit is downtown there is always something open to do, restaurants, bars, diners etc. The neighborhood has a good vibe during the day (just like any good metropolis) but if you want to slow things down you can walk a few blocks north to Midtown where things are a bit more relaxed and 'polished'. We eat out a lot here so if you're not to picky just let me know I'll help you find some place I may think you'd like around here.
Location: Walking distance to America's Mart, Centennial Olympic Park, Georgia Aquarium, Phillips Arena, Georgia Dome, Georgia World Congress Center, New World of Coca-Cola Museum, Fox Theatre, CNN Center, Hyatt, Marriott Marquis, Westin Hotel, Etc.
Dining: Tons of option located directly downstairs on Peachtree and closer to Allen Plaza, Luckie St, Marietta Blvd, City food courts as well as GSU food street. Midtown and Buckhead are a short drive or MARTA.
Transportation' One block from 'Peachtree Center' MARTA rail station, with convenient access to Airport and Metro Atlanta. The main bus station is 1 block down and a Peachtree St. bus stop is located directly in front of our property.
