A beautiful 2 bed / 2 bath apartment on a 9 hole golf course

The apartment offers an open plan bright, modern living area with 2 double bedrooms, the first has an en suite bathroom and the second has access straight onto the south facing terrace, overlooking the beautiful golf course and views down to the sea

There is a communal pool,gym,clay tennis courts,9 hole golf course and a driving range.

Just 5 minutes drive down the hill from the apartment brings you to Elviria which is well equipped with bars, restaurants and shops. Across the road takes you down to the beach where there is a choice of delightful 'chiringuito' beach bars, the Don Carlos Hotel and exclusive Nikki Beach.

Within a 5 minute drive you will find the charming port of Cabopino with its little harbour surrounded by restaurants and lovely sandy beach.

The cosmopolitan town of Marbella is just a 10 minute drive to the west where you can stroll along the seafront or meander around the pretty cobbled streets of its Old Town and relax in the Orange Square.

Just beyond Marbella is the world famous Puerto Banus that comes alive at night and has a wide choice of restaurants, bars and clubs, not to mention its impressive harbour.
