Due to Asheville City restrictions, we only rent out the Treefort once a month. The rest of the month, friends and family utilize the property. Because of these restrictions, we prefer to rent the Treefort for longer durations and will offer discounts for week long stays or longer. Please inquire.

Important Note : This property is in a residential neighborhood. If you plan to come into town to party late into the night, this is not the property for you. We also do not allow extra people to stay overnight. Also, only those that are listed on the rental agreement are allowed to stay.

Asheville is an ideal vacation destination for several reasons. It has the four seasons yet the winters are mild and the summers are cool for the south. It has an major art culture with over 200 studios and plenty of great music venues. Foodies will love all of the great restaurants and...the local brews, the Biltmore, hiking, mountain biking, kayaking, the Grovepark Inn...etc

Charlene purchased this cottage in 2013

Amazing stay!

  • 5 of 5

We had an amazing stay at the Treefort! Perfect for a family of 4 and the kids (9 and 10) loved the loft, it was like sleeping in a tree fort! We enjoyed the private hot tub it was like our own private retreat, it was very relaxing! The house is within walking distance to several restaurants and close to downtown Asheville. Would highly recommend the Treefort for your stay in Asheville!

Wonderful property. Perfect couples stay for sure. Originally planned for Valentines Day but plans had to change. Charlene was kind enough to move our reservation with out incedent. My wife and I were greeted by the warmest welcoming committe (Scout), which was just an early sign of a wonderful stay. Can't recommend it enough! This will not be our last stay.

Cozy Asheville Getaway

  • 5 of 5

The Treefort is a cozy, modern vacation home located near downtown Asheville. It's the perfect getaway for a couple, and provides guests with virtually every necessity for a fantastic stay. Although downtown is only a short drive away, if you don't feel like venturing too far, the Treefort is within walking distance from a grocery store, some good restaurants, and even a lake. It's clear that the (very friendly) owners wanted the property to seem up-to-date without losing its rustic sense of charm. It has a comfortable porch and a great private hot tub for relaxing.

My wife and I had a great time here and look forward to coming back!

Great place to stay in Asheville

  • 5 of 5

This space was very inviting and fun. The owners were very accommodating, and the location is excellent. We used Uber to get around town very easily and skipped the parking headache in downtown Asheville to boot! We'll be staying here again.

Great location and incredible hosts!

  • 5 of 5

The Treefort is perfect for a girls trip, solo trip or romantic vacation. I stayed the first night by myself and an additional night with two girlfriends and we loved it. It is close to everything and downtown but also secluded enough that you aren't right in the city. There are great restaurants within walking distance and the owners are amazing! I look forward to many more stays at the Treefort!
