Lovely new spacious top floor 1 bed apartment on a beautiful luxury beach front development called Polyxenia in Pernera. Now fully air conditioned throughout. Sleeps 4. Modern fully equipped kitchen. Flat screen Sat TV. Surrounding balcony and 4 patio doors with sea views at front & back, gives this apartment a bright and airy feel. Lifts up to apartment make this accommodation easily accessible. Everything is literally on your doorstep - the bar, swimming pool, golden sandy beach, children's play area, free sunbeds at pool & beach with free internet access. South East Cyprus and Protaras area is personally my favourite part of the Island and this is a beautiful apartment in a wonderful location. Airport transfers, car/cot high chair hire on request.

Polyxenia is a luxury development situated in a quiet area of Pernera with it's own sandy beach by the Isaak restaurant which boasts a bar, free sunbeds, safe children's play area, swimming pool and jacuzzi. The beach is beautiful with wonderful golden sand and deep blue sea with a selection of water sports nearby. Shop and bakery on site. Two great restaurants on the door step, Blue spice and La Cultura del Gusto. Knights Pub is only 5 mins walk, which is a great night out. Bus to large supermarket only 1 Euro.The tourist resort of Protaras is less than 20 minutes stroll along a beautiful beach board walk, where you will find even more restaurants, Tavernas, shops etc and of course the wonderful Fig Tree Bay. You really don't need a car unless you want to explore further afield. Paralimni is only a 10 minutes drive away, Ayia Napa about a 25 minutes, with lots of bars restaurants and night clubs for those who crave a lively night life.Larnaca airport transfer time- less than 45mins

Notes

  • This is a large 80sqm apartment, so the rental is very good value as it is the size of a 2 bedroom apartment. It has a 4 patio doors and a beautiful balcony which makes this just a lovely location. The apartment easily accomodates 4.

    The rate includes cleaning of apartment and all laundry & towels etc on arrival. If you would like a mid stay clean etc then this must be arranged with the management company seperately.

    Security deposit of £150 required to secure the booking which is refundable on inventory check of apartment following departure. Full rental is payable by bank transfer or cleared cheque 45 days prior to arrival date.

    Payments can be made in Euros or Sterling by BACS transfer.

    Apartment is available for longer term rental in winter etc by negotiation.

We stayed from May 15 till June 8 as a family of three adults + 1,5 year old girl. Everything was great and as it’s been described on that web-site.

Management team helped us to get an additional furniture for our child as well as primary guidance on town and beach directions.
Being paranoid on cleaning we found that apartment well maintained and taken care on bedding and storage.
The place was safe for small kids at least we didn’t have to worry much on our own child indoor safety.

It’s really 200 meters from a beach and even less from a pool and seashore restaurant. The beach was clean and nice to spend our time between sunrise, lunch and sunset. For the whole day we went to the next beach by 5min walk where it was equipped with sea sports services.

I would recommend this apartment for couples, families with small children and elders.

Hi Julie

Just to let you know we enjoyed our stay at your apartment.

Whilst there the plastic flap inside the fridge came off and we did not put it back on in case of breaking it.

The apartment is in a nice location with adequate facilities, only one criticism is that it would have been nice to have a water cooler.

My husband and I had a two week holiday in July. We last came to Cyprus 10 years ago & stayed in Protaras. This time we wanted somewhere a little less busy so we chose Pernera. It was perfect for us, the Polyxenia complex is beautiful, it has a small beach & plenty of sunbeds on the grass which are free of charge. The staff there are friendly & food & drinks quite reasonably priced. Perenera itself although not a huge town has plenty of bars & really good quality restaurants. If you do want something a bit livelier, the walk to Protaras is lovely, they have really improved the area without changing it dramatically.
The apartment itself was fantastic, we have stayed in many apartments & this really is in the luxury category, the the quality of the furnishings was excellent. It had fully working air con, which in July is a must.
The apartment is on a road, but it does not have a constant flow of traffic, in fact it is busier with people walking up & down.
If you like to watch the world go by then grab a cold beer & sit on the terrace.
I would recommend this apartment to any of my friends & family, probably more for couples or families with young children.
