The building has been sympathetically restored to provide modern living conditions and is finished to a very high standard. It is situated just a short drive from both the bays on the north coast and from the main town of St. Helier in the south. The courtyard is traffic free, sheltered and an ideal place to enjoy alfresco dining, and the BBQ area for use with disposable BBQ's. There is a 1.5 acre grass area for guests use with nets for ball games such as football, volleyball and badminton and a covered area for bicycle storage.

Ground Floor: Lounge/kitchen/diner with double sofa bed.

First Floor: 1 treble bedroom with 1 double/twin and 1 adult single bed. Bathroom with bath/shower, basin and toilet.

The cottage is situated in the rural parish of Trinity in the centre of the island and is surrounded by countryside and many lovely walks are available in every direction. The world famous Durrell Wildlife Conservation Park and the Eric Young Orchid Foundation are in this area. The shared courtyard is traffic free, sheltered and an ideal place to enjoy alfresco dining and there is a very large, shared, grassed recreational area. Just a short drive from both the bays on the north coast and from the main town of St Helier to the south, this is an ideal choice for a relaxing family holiday in very comfortable and modern surroundings.
