One Of Two Adjoining Properties / Families Especially Welcome

Apartment is located above a Security Showroom directly across from St. Mary's Hospital (where Prince George was recently born!) and only a one minute walk from Paddington Station.

There are several flights of stairs to climb after entering through the front door so access to disabled or elderly may be limited.

Upon entering the apartment you will be greeted by black & white tiled floor, huge windows and the exposed brick wall of the living/dining room. A large, well equipped kitchen also awaits you. We have just installed a brand new bathroom on the ground floor, featuring shower, toilet and sink! The flat is tastefully furnished with brand new, modern furniture throughout. There is a small rooftop patio for barbequing or sunbathing (weather permitting). We also ask that smoking be confined to this area!

Up one flight of stairs you will find the three bedrooms, the bathroom and a utility closet. Two of the bedrooms furnished with double beds, while the third is smaller and features a bunk bed (sleeps 2). Floors on the upper level are hardwood except for the bathroom which features black and white tiling.

Recessed lighting is featured throughout the apartment. There is central heating but no air conditioning. In the rare event of a heat wave we will provide you with fans! A cleaner is available on request (at your own expense).

Should you be part of a larger group, you have the option of also renting our next door property which has 4 bedrooms & 2 bathroomss and can sleep up to 12 persons!

Great location, great apartment

The apartment was well appointed and comfortable. It had everything we needed for our stay in London. The location 3 blocks from Paddington couldn't be better, and street noise was non-existent in the evenings even though it's a busy neighborhood.

Lots of restaurants in the neighborhood and easy access to the tube and Heathrow Express.

The apartment sleeps up to 8, but the bunk beds are more suitable for children than adults, so I'd say the apartment sleeps up to 6 adults plus two children.

The owners are very responsive if you need anything. We would definitely stay here again!

A great base for exploring London

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this apartment. Everyone was very easy to deal with. Being able to check in early was a real blessing after a 24 hour flight. The location was fabulous-close to shops and transport as well as the Paddington Basin Canal and Hyde Park. It was also surprisingly quiet at night for such a central location. It was a great way to start our time in the UK and a place we would certainly return to.

A beautiful week in London

We have spent a beautiful week in London in this flat at the beginning of august (3 adults and 4 children). The flat was very clean, spacious and confortable, and it's very close to Paddington (with underground, bus and train to reach quickly every major points of interest in London). In the street we had a lot of restaurant, fast food, take away, so it was very useful to eat at dinner when we were very tired (especially children). The welcome was very warm, and we had a quick answer to all our request. I liked it very much.

Great Location

We're a family of four staying in London for 8 days and packing as much as possible into each day. The location was perfect as it was only a short walk from Paddington Station. There was absolutely no need to have a car which was great. Groceries, Take-Away, and other necessities were all very walkable. For being so close to such a major rail station we were surprised at how quiet it was. The apartment was very clean and roomy and even better than pictured since they've added a new bathroom on the main floor (very convenient). There was a binder there with a lot of good information such as the location and descriptions of grocery stores and restaurants in the neighborhood. The building felt very secure (as it should being above a security store). We would definitely stay here again and would recommend this flat to others.

séjour excellent pour le jour de l 'an appartement idéalement placé (200m du métro) contact très agréable avec maria par téléphone puis avec Orlando au magasin qui est disponible et arrangeant. nous avons pu laisser nos bagages le dernier jour pour éviter de se balader avec.je recommande cet appartement jusqu'à 7 personnes. rue commerçante , supermarché proche (tesco).
