Location location location................being one of the most desirable and newest beach front developments in Albufeira, with its rare stunning sea views, it’s a quiet condo, but still extremely close to the hustle and bustle of Albufeira, only a 2 minute stroll through the private gated access to the beach. Some apts. boast a PRIME position, on the 3rd level, overlooking the sea, capturing the amazing views across Albufeira's Old Town. Doors leading to the balcony open fully, enabling you to enjoy the outside from within, and the amazing views beyond! The spacious balcony is perfect for alfresco dining. In the evenings you will experience the most spectacular sun sets. The apartments are furnished for contemporary living, and finished to an incredibly high specification.

The marble tiled bathroom includes a Jacuzzi bath, bidet, toilet, shower and underfloor heating.

The Apartment (privately owned) is in one of the few 'PRIME POSITIONS' on the third level, overlooking the pool and sea, capturing the amazing view across Albufeira's Old Town. . Wall to floor doors leading to the balcony open fully, enabling you to enjoy the outside from within............... and the amazing views beyond. Apartment 1 has the green furnishings and it is on the third level, In the middle block , overlooking that fabulous sea. This apartment is VERY PRIVATE as it is in the centre bock it is not overlooked at all by any other apartment, all you can see from inside the lounge and bedroom is that spectacular sea view

" We have all had a great time here, great apartment, pool and view. The kids really enjoyed the pool and spent most of the 2 weeks under water. The best for us was the luxury of this apartment and all that it provided along with the Old Town's back streets.

Excellent accommodation, spotlessly clean and well equipped. It is a totally secure area which is well looked after. The location was great - close to the sea and walking distance to restaurants and entertainment. Thankfully it was also in a quiet enough area to allow us excellent night’s sleep. Altogether it gave us one of our best holidays and I would highly recommend this apartment.

First Class Accommodation

Beautiful apartment with spectacular views. Very relaxing holiday and returned home ready to face what the winter will bring in Scotland! The pool was never busy with plenty of available sun loungers. It was dark by the time we went out to eat at night, so walking along the beach to the Old Town wasn't an option. If you need a taxi, use the pay phone outside the front gate of the apartments (no in folder) and they will be there within 5mins - for some reason, they don't answer if you phone from a mobile. Any problems we had were dealt with immediately by Kevin and Collette, both were so helpful and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending these apartments to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday, so quiet but no far to the strip or Old Town if you want some nightlife.

Stunning Views

I am not normally driven to give an on-line review, however I had to make allowances for the Barracuda. We were greeted at the Airport by our private taxi which is offered as an additional service by Maria and her Team. Upon arrival you cant fail to be impressed with the Barracuda, with its electric gates at the front of the complex you get the impression that this place is very special. We were not disappointed when we got into our Apartment. As everyone does immediately when you get to your accommodation you check the views.......... the only word that springs to mind is WOW, it is beautiful, the blue sea stretches for miles, it is glorious. The apartment itself is modern, light and bright and has a feel of quality, the kitchen appliances are all Miele and the whole apartment is finished to a high standard. Once we got settled in it was time to go to the beach, I was aware that the Barracuda was near to the beach, but it really is a 5 minute walk - fantastic location. I really do hope that I get the chance to go back, my idea of paradise.

Exceeded our expectations!

What a fabulous find, we wanted something special and booked this for our honeymoon and from the minute we made contact with Maria to the end of our holiday the process was seamless.

If you think the photographs are great just wait until you are there, it certainly has the Wow factor!

Everything was described accurately but you need to see it for yourself to appreciate the views. And once you are through the the gates you experience tranquility and calm

It is in a great central location, walking distance to everything, we found some very special restaurants and tried some of the excellent recommendations left in the guest book

The beach is so close and it's really true- sitting on the balcony in the evenings, watching the sunset and listening to the waves crashing.

We have had a very special experience Maria, thank you and we will be back!

The complex in which our apartment was situated commands a lovely view of the pool area and of the sea. No hesitation in recommending this property.

Beautiful Apartment with Spectacular Views

Where to start! A fantastic holiday base for couples or small families, tucked away close to the beach and bars/restaurants of Albufeira's famous strip. Spotlessly clean on arrival with a kitchen stocked with everything you could ever need (plus a chilled bottle of Mateus Rose!), a spacious lounge and plenty of storage in the bedroom. The balcony was great for us as our 14 month old could wander out to play without any danger and the sun coming over in the afternoon was perfect. The pool and toddler pool were great (it's very quiet down there so we were really concious when our little one started shouting!) and the whole complex is in lovely condition. A fantastic holiday and an apartment I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

What’s so special?................With location being one of the keys to a great holiday, it is worth noting that the location here is truly remarkable, it boasts spectacular sea-views of Albufeira bay and the Old Town.

It's only a 2 minute stroll through the private gated access to the beach. A leisurely 15 minutes stroll along the beach takes you into the Old Town of Albufeira with it’s quaint cobbled streets and amazing cuisine.

The famous buzzing ‘Strip’ is only a 5 minute walk!

Golf: The Algarve was awarded 'Established Golf Destination Of The Year 2006' by the International Association of Golf Tour Operators.

There are 3 local golf courses a short drive away, the closest being a 5 minute drive away.

These are Salgados (18 holes), Pine Cliffs (9 holes) Balaia Golf (9 holes).

Some of the other world class golf courses in Vilamoura include Victoria, Millenium, Pinhal, and Old Course which are approximately 15-20 minutes drive away

In addition to the many courses in the central and western Algarve, there are also numerous high-class courses in the eastern Algarve and nearby Costa de la Luz in Spain. Amongst these are signature courses from two of the world's greatest names in golf; Monte Rei designed by Jack Nicklaus, and Quinta Do Vale designed by Seve Ballesteros. Both of these courses can be reached from the apartment in around an hour.
