Four Bedroom Self Catering Property To Sleep 8 To 12 People Ideal Short Breaks

This is an ideal holiday rental for week-ends in Brighton on a self catering basis as it can sleep up to 12 people in four bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed and the other three have twin beds but these can be made into double beds if required and providing advance notice is given. There are two bathrooms plus a separate wc and wash hand basin. There is a very nice large roof terrace at the rear of the house plus a small balcony at the front with views down Bloomsbury Place to the sea. Extra people sleep either on a bed settee or on chair beds in the sitting room. There is a fully fitted modern kitchen. Broadband/WIFI provided. Large wall mounted widescreen TV with DVD player. Non smokers only please but smoking is acceptable on either the roof terrace or on the balcony. Restricted car parking as you would be in such a central and convenient location to the centre of Brighton.
