Beautiful property and quiet location

The property has all the facilities necessary for a vacation with family or a group of friends. It is also very clean and can easily acomodate 6 persons because it has an extensible couch in the living room. The hosts are very kind and helpful If you need their asistance.

Always enjoyable stay at Legacy Villas

Everything went just as planned and we enjoyed a relaxing few days at Legacy Villas, one of our favorite getaways in the desert. We've always enjoyed La Quinta for it's beauty, convenience and quietness when we've needed to relax and get away from LA. Shannon's home in Legacy Villas was just as presented in the VRBO website and it was easy to book. Her instructions were clear and made accessing the home easy on arrival. It was a perfect stay for the three of us and look forward to a future vacation there at Shannon's villa. Dave

Villa in the Desert

This is a very clean, well supplied condo. Two bedroom, two bath separated by the living area. Located in a beautiful, quiet resort, yet close to shopping & restaurants. Our only suggestion would be some more comfortable furniture. The couch back leaned way back, and one of the beds was quite soft. But still a nice week with our family.

Nice property and condo

We stayed at this same property several years ago in a different condo. We really like the property. Nice main pool and lots of smaller pools plus a fitness center and a restaurant open on the weekends. The condo was very nice and clean. Plenty of bath and pool towels. We liked that it had two master bedrooms. Check in process was easy and the owners were great to deal with and responded quickly to questions. I am only giving this property 4 stars for 2 reasons. We found the lighting in the interior of the condo to be very dark. During the day we would open all the windows and turn the lights on and it was ok. At night with the shades closed, it was too dark for our liking even with all of the lights on. Not sure how the owner would resolve this, maybe some bright floor lamps. The cell service was sketchy inside and outside the condo. We have iphones and communicating with other iphone users was not a problem. However, texting or calling people who don't have iphones (inside and outside the condo) was non existent. We were traveling with other people at a different property that don't use iphones so it created a bit of a challenge. Overall, I would recommend this property if lighting is not an issue.
