Superb new build seaside house accommodating up to 8/10 people

The Sea House is truly a wow factor house. It has been awarded the 5* Gold Award by Quality in Tourism.

The open plan ground floor contains a generously proportioned lounge, kitchen, dining and family area with patio doors opening up on to a terrace and an expansive lawn stretching down to the foreshore. On the first floor there are three large en-suite bedrooms, a further children's bedroom and a family bathroom. The Master and VIP bedrooms are sea-facing, opening on to a balcony which runs along the whole width of the house, with panoramic views of Seagrove Bay and beyond. There is also a light and airy study with patio doors opening onto the balcony. The whole house is equipped to a very high standard with Sky+ HD TV and broadband. It is situated right on the seafront of the much sought after and picturesque Seagrove Bay. The charming village of Seaview, with its well known sailing facilities, is only a short walk away.

Seaview, aptly named for its extensive view of the Solent, is one of the most sought after locations on the Isle of Wight and is the home of the famous Seaview Yacht Club which holds an annual Regatta in August. It has several safe sandy beaches which are ideal for swimming, paddling, sailing or just strolling along, and is next to the picturesque Hersey Nature Reserve. There is windsurfing on nearby Duver Beach.

Seaview Village has a good selection of shops, a chemist, art galleries, churches and excellent restaurants, cafes, pubs, and is only a few minutes' walk away. Within a few miles of the village there are several riding schools, golf courses, a wildfowl park and a bird park.

An outstandingly beautiful home

This is our second visit to The Sea House, having had such a wonderful time during our first visit some 18 months before and The Sea House delivered once again. The property is appointed to an exceptionally high standard through-out, is spotlessly clean (which is important for us) and well maintained. It is easy to feel comfortable holiday in this property. We cannot recommend this beautiful home enough.

the perfect retreat

The Sea house proved to be the perfect retreat from a busy world.
This was our second visit ti this beautiful house, located right on the beach at sea view. We enjoyed lazy breakfasts in the panoramic window overlooking the sea, which were cooked on the aga. In the evenings we visited local restaurants and would specially recommend Olivios in Ryde. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a change of pace for all the family.
