Palm Springs is an ultra hip, iconic getaway in the Coachella Valley desert. The Hollywood of the desert, Palm Springs has been the go-to vacation destination in Southern California for decades. It's summertime here all winter with average temperatures ranging from 70* - 90* December through April!

Pack your sunscreen & your toothbrush, we welcome you to Modern BluAgave in Sunmor Estates. The Desert Sun rated Sunmor one of the 'Most Desirable Neighborhoods in Palm Springs' (June 2011).

The main house is a 3 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms with an attached casita featuring 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom all on a 1/4 acre lot in a quiet Mid-Century Modern neighborhood.

Our home is situated to allow breathtaking western views! An ultra private backyard features a large pool, several lounging chairs, a large dining table, umbrellas for shade, a gas bbq and a conversation area with gas fire pit.

Inside you will find a california king bed in the master with its own brand new en suite bath. Guest room one features a queen bed. Guest room two features a convertible bed that can be arranged to your preference as 1 twin, 2 twins, or 1 king bed. Across the hall from these bedroom is the guest bathroom with a shower. Completely updated throughout, finished Sept 2013. New sanded/sealed raw concrete floors, new interior paint including doors and ceilings, brand new master bath, complete new re-pipe, all new furniture inside and out. New linens, fixtures, decor and accessories, A/V equipment, as well as every item in the kitchen is new. We left no detail overlooked and we are excited to share this new property with you, your friends and/or family.

About Jasmene

Born and raised in Southern California, we have always enjoyed trips to The Desert with our families. We enjoyed the warm, dry climate when the weather at home was wet, cold, and gloomy.

As adults we reside in Coastal Orange County where we are raising our family. We enjoy our retreat to the Coachella Valley for our getaways.

Why Jasmene chose Palm Springs

My parents moved from Orange County to full time life in the desert once they were “empty nesters”. We certainly enjoyed our visits to La Quinta, Palm Desert and Indio but over those 8 years we never visited Palm Springs proper until February of 2013.

It was then we fell head over heels in love with the culture and the laid back, yet stylish, lifestyle we found in Palm Springs. Additionally, we have an affinity for Mid-Century Modern architecture and design, an aspect of the desert that is unique to Palm Springs. Almost every other neighborhood lends itself to the Mid-Century Modern era and The City of Palm Springs has embraced and perpetuated their existence through the Palm Springs Preservation Society.

Our property is located in Sunmor Estates, The Desert Sun rated Sunmor one of the 'Most Desirable Neighborhoods in Palm Springs' (June 2011). When we found this property we could not pass it up for our family's enjoyment and to share it with others.

Great For Couples or Family

When we arrived at the Palm Springs airport we rented a car and the house was literally 2 min away from the airport. The house was great and looked just as the pictures show. The house was very clean and it was easy to maintain being that the floor is all concrete. The pool was clean and heated to a very nice temperature. The fire pit was beautiful and very relaxing to sit around with family and friends. I would stay at this property again as it was easy to get everywhere from the house.

Beautiful vacation home in Sunmor District!

A few friends and I rented this home while visiting in PS to go to BNP Paribas Open. We absolutely enjoyed this remodeled home which was designed beautifully, very comfortable with beautiful outdoor pool and space, and all the accompaniments one could need! The casita off the back is perfect to have a bit more privacy from the group. We will definitely stay here again!

Sunmor vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful 60's vibe home. It's equipped with everything you need for fun in the sun! The saline pool was wonderful and we spent many happy hours on the surrounding patio visiting and enjoying the gorgeous mountain views. We had three generations here and everyone had a great time. We had a lovely time at this house over Thanksgiving. The homeowner was really accessible, and helpful with everything we needed. We had two kids (4 and 7), and four adults. Lots of room for everyone. We were a little worried about the airport noise, but found we didn't notice it at all. The kids road their scooters out in the neighborhood, and we made a lot of meals at the house.

The pool was clean, the property was spotless and the rooms were comfortable and mid-century (remodeled). It's newly remodeled, so all the bits and pieces are in very good condition.
They are a new rental property, so very willing to help us have a great time.
