Lovely holiday apartment sleeps 7. Great garden with large pool and BBQ

An apartment in this cosy village is the perfect base for enjoying the Catalan country side, trips to Barcelona 75 km. away or just to the beautiful regional capitol Vic 10 km. away.

The apartment has room for 7 guests. It has a fairly large open kitchen -dining area and lounge with flat screen and WiFi. There are two lovely bedrooms. 1. with a double bed, 1with 3 single beds and 1with 2 single beds. The entire apartment is furnished modern. There is also a lovely private terrace .

In the garden is a swimming pool, deckchairs, garden furnitures, BBQ and table tennis. The area is shared with the other 5 holiday apartments in the building, so there are plenty of space for everybody.

On the ground floor is a big café with room for guests in their popular bakery/café. Here you can eat your breakfast or have a sandwich, or just go down to buy fresh bread, croissants and other delicious groceries.

You will find yourself at home among the local inhabitants and enjoy the lively local life and cuisine in this beautiful town. Among lush green hills, and authentic small town Spanish life, you are still only 75 km. distance to the big city-life of roaring Barcelona, or the majestic beauty of the highest peaks of the Pyrenees. The market on Tuesday and Saturdays is the largest in Catalonia and is absolutely well worth a visit.

The town Vic with its charming old quarter is worth a visit. On Tuesdays and Saturdays you will find a large popular and lively market on Placa Major. Another option is to enjoy the delicious cuisine or to take a guided tour through the historical quarter. On the central square you will find many shops and café terraces. The square is always full of genuine Catalan rural atmosphere.

If you want to go to the beach, whether you prefer a lively crowded beach or a peaceful secluded one, it is only a 100 km. drive to the east. Your vacation house will provide a excellent base for experiencing the diversity of Catalan nature and cultural heritage. and then Barcelona is just 75 km. away.

The house itself is located in a charming village in the heart of the lluçanès region. The history of the house goes back to the 18th century when the house was known as a traditional cloth manufacturing centre. The excellent location of the house meant that it became the head offices of Perafita's own public transport company which ran services from Prats de Lluçanès to St. Quirze de Besora and Vic, for more than 50 years.

Stay in this cosy little village in a high-standard rural apartment/village house with access to the lovely garden with a very large swimming pool, shady corners, barbecue and not the least a beautiful view to Pyrenees.

The village has two local restaurant with food from the Catalan country kitchen, a small, almost antique grocery store and then the Estamener-café with bakery and gourmet products, where you can enjoy a 'café con leche' and a croissant or buy a cake for the afternoon the.

If you want an advanced evening, there are several high standard restaurants in the area, which are presented in our activity document that we have made for our guests.
