Ideally located in the historic center of Palma, 5 minutes walk from the port.

It is surrounded by charming plazas, shops, cafes, restaurants and theaters. It is perfect for exploring the city on foot.

The main monuments of the city's best shopping streets are around.

EL BARRIO

Along the Grand Hotel. Completed in 1903 by architect Lluís Domènech i Montaner, the Grand Hotel surprises and dazzles all visitors that coming from the Ramblas, goes to Paseo del Borne on his tour of the city.

The iconic modernist style that characterizes the facade of the Grand Hotel emblematic building makes this a must for all rankings scoring the most beautiful buildings in Palma.

And the splendor of its exterior fits also add a privileged location and full of options for leisure and entertainment who, quite rightly, opt for that area during their stay in the city.

GETTING AROUND

It is a perfect place to visit Palma walk enclave, and it is not necessary to rent a car because public transport can move seamlessly to points further away from the center. They have bus and taxi at the door, and the train station and bus within 10 minutes.

If nevertheless, want to use car to visit the rest of the island, are offered in the same building a private parking for rent.

This spacious attic of 90 m2, is located on the second floor without elevator. Composed of a large living room, separate dining room, two double bedrooms, bathroom, fitted kitchen and a fantastic private terrace. The living room is very bright, as it has several windows and a small balcony, furnished with comfortable leather sofa and armchair. On one side of the room has a work area with a fantastic antique wooden desk. The kitchen has direct access to the terrace and fully fitted and equipped. From the dining room (independent, it also leads to the terrace. Here you can enjoy bright day in which time does not accompany. Two double bedrooms, one of which is very spacious and has two single beds pushed together. The other bedroom has a double bed. It has a bathroom that has a bathtub and bidet. And finally a magnificent terrace.

Agradable alojamiento centro histórico

El apartamento está ubicado en la segunda planta de un antiguo edificio en una estrecha calle al lado de La Rambla (en el centro histórico). A pesar de la proximidad de una calle de mucho tráfico, nos llamó la atención la ausencia de ruidos. Se cumplieron nuestras expectativas puesto que resultó tranquilo, limpio, amplio y muy acogedor. Aunque no tiene ascensor, el alojamiento nos resultó tan agradable que no nos importaba subir las escaleras. Somos un matrimonio y una amiga y la distribución del apartamento garantiza cierta independencia puesto que entre las dos habitaciones se encontraba la cocina, el comedor y un pequeño patio interior. Sin ninguna duda volveríamos a alojarnos en este apartamento.
